Called today for simple appointment, toenails trimmed. Paying out of pocket no insurance, get an appoint for one week out, easy. She calls back to say there is a $60 new patient fee. So first clipping is $110. I passed.

Mother, was dying! Had to cancel my procedure.
Doctor, unethical!
I told doctor, about Mother. He didn't care he charged me for canceling.
