Wow! I am super impressed with this company! My husband and I visited their showroom in Elk Grove to get ideas for our kitchen remodel. Javier & Beth were extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable! They spent time showing us different samples and helped us pick everything out. It was great to have both of them helping us. Javier was able to thoroughly explain everything to my husband in Spanish, which he really appreciated as he speaks very little English. The design Beth presented us with was AMAZING! The finished product is even better! We could not be happier with our new kitchen and the quality of customer service we received! Thank you Javier & Beth & Thank you DR Design & Remodel. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would:)

We had a major house remodel including kitchen, family room, and 2.5 baths. Beth was extremely helpful in design. We couldn't have done it without her. She made our vision into reality! Michelle oversaw most of the construction and is a valuable leader. She gets things done! There was constant communication and follow up, which were important to me. We love our new "forever home! "

DR Design & Remodel did a great job on my parents shower remodel. It was remodeled to make it a curbless roll-in shower (ADA) for my dad, who needs to use a wheelchair. The design came out great! His small wheeled Bath Buddy shower chair easily rolls into and out of the shower now. It is night and day compared to the two person job that was required to get the chair into the old shower. It is not just functional, it also looks amazing!

DR designs staff was professional and easy to work with. We came across a lot of hurdles and DR was quick to communicate with us as well as with our concerns and questions. Michelle was awesome to work with and took our concerns and expedited any work that needed to be completed. Jason (subcontractor) was excellent! The attention to detail and perfection was appreciated! After being out of the house for 7 months we quickly started to unpack which I didn’t take pictures when it was completely finished… We would use them again for any future remodels!

We had our kitchen remodeled by Design and Remodel in the spring of 2017. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, design ideas, the quality of their work, and their courtesy and friendship throughout the entire process. They listened to what we wanted, made appropriate suggestions, and never rushed us in decision-making. We were quite happy with the flooring choices that Rob suggested for us and it was installed on time. At the same time we decided to red o a shower and that was done after the flooring was put in and that also went smoothly. We have had Design and Remodel do several jobs for us and are quite pleased with all of the work that has been done.

Very nice staff. Great showroom, lots of samples to assist with decisions. Like the proposal package to aid in construction decision. Like their approach to presenting ideas for remodel job.
