Amazing experience all around. When I first checked in I filled out a form that asked my pronouns and what I identify as and I’ve never seen something like that in a doctors office before. That told me right there this office cares about their patients, it was a wonderful thing to see. I went to see Dr. Diego for gynecological services, and I had high hopes from reading all the good reviews and sure enough she was as good as everyone says. She is kind, relatable, knowledgeable and had an all around amazing vibe and made me feel so comfortable. The front desk gal and the assistant were all of the above too! Highly recommend.

As a first time patient, I was a little nervous, but the friendly staff put me at ease as soon as I came into the office. Nice waiting room, too. Dr Diego was also very comforting, caring and down to earth as well as very good at explaining things to me. My appointment went well and I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Diego.

Dr. Diego and her staff are absolutely wonderful.
They are informative and happy to answer all your questions. It's rare to use the terms "pleasant" and "doctor visit" in the same sentence, but it really was a great experience.

Dr. Diego is the best! She has made me feel right at home in her office. I always have a lot of questions and Dr. Diego thoroughly and joyfully answers them all. So grateful to have a doctor that enjoys her work and takes her time with her patients.

Dr Diego, it's very kind gentle honest forthcoming and easy to talk with. She relates to your circumstances as though they were hers she is caring and is a problem solver in women's female issues. I’ve had such a hard time finding an OBGYN I can trust. I’ve bounced from doctor to doctor in search of one who’s knowledgeable, personable, and who really seems to care about me and my health. Overjoyed that I finally found Dr. Diego!

Failure to follow up. Lorraine Diego ghosts her patients at the most vulnerable times. Also uses fear tactics to control her more vulnerable patients. She ordered a test for my mentally ill mother, and when I called to follow up on the results, she sent a message to my mom's care facility, telling them that she would leave my mom without an assigned physician, and without care, if I followed up on her behalf again. Why would she want to obstruct family caring unless she has a concerning agenda.

My visit to Dr. Diego was wonderful from beginning to end. Dr. Diego explained the Tixel procedure and answers all questions. Myumi performed the Tixel. She was thorough not missing One spot and even went over some spots a few times. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone is Dr. Diego's office. And, I LOVE her skin care line! It is amazing and I am super happy with everything.

Dr. Diego was simply wonderful. She made me feel heard, comfortable, and safe. This was my first visit and I'm excited to continue my wellness with her office. I highly recommend Dr. Diego!
