I was very pleased. Dr. Sarafian spent an hour with me. He was very thorough, read through my history.
He ordered good lab work. He listens. He was kind. I would recommend him totally. Marian Kuntz

My sister Clarita Flores had an emergency appendectomy on Jan. 23,2020, and then had to be brought back.to surgery a few days later due to complications. She developed infection and was referred to Dr. Sarafian. He treated my sister's infection, explained everything in detail and his plan of care. He was very responsive to her concerns and questions. Dr. Sarafian really cares about his patients and very professional in every way. He is very knowledgeable and proactive. We highly recommend Dr. Sarafian to anyone who needs an infectious disease doctor.

Dr. Sarafian is one the best doctors I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, up-to-date, and explains things clearly and logically. He pulled me out of two very severe infections caused by an incompetent doctor whose errors included prescribing an inappropriate antibiotic without doing a culture and forgetting to remove the gauze used in a surgical procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Sarafian to anyone who wants an expert infectious disease physician who they can really trust.

If you ever need an infectious disease doctor I am not only speaking as a patient but a nurse. I have worked in education and critical care for years. Nurses know who the good doctors are and Dr. Sarafian is not just good doctor he’s great! He has a fantastic bedside manner and is one of the smartest physicians I know. I cannot say enough good things about this man! Count yourself luck to be a patient.

He helped me heal a heel wound that resulted from a spinal cord surgery that I had on and off for 13 years. He worked with Dr. Tocci for approximately two years. After trying many different things I finally had surgery to cut part of the heel bone. My heel finally did heal and is now totally closed. I can’t thank him enough. He saved my foot if not my life! Thanks once again Dr. Sarafian for being the incredible doctor that you are.

Also, his office staff is second to none. Mary makes running the front office look easy but I know there is a lot that goes into making it run smoothly.

Fabulous! Here’s a doctor who read his reviews and made changes. In his care for nearly three months, I had none of the negative experiences as listed by other reviewers. I found him to be patient, available, and let me know I could rely on him whenever I needed. He was able to coordinate my care with multiple other doctors and keep me updated. Simply amazing. Great doctors have great staffs who make sure things get done. His nurses are the very best. I highly recommend getting well here!

My Dr suggested to call Dr Sarafian office and make appointment with Dr Safarian tothave a old scar checked out to make sure there is no sign of infection in my body before planning for surgery. When I called this office the lady who answered the phone got so frustrated and angery before I could even have a chance to explain why I am calling. She said she would not make an appointment for me if I didn't have any records regarding this scar. She said there is no need to have my scar checked out if there is no record on this matter and she doesn't even understand why my Dr suggested I check with Dr Sarafian. Her tone was very angery and un professional. I'm sorry Dr Sarafian. I don't know you. I'm sure you could of helped me but I never got a chance to even explain this problem. Very unprofessional office staff. I am in the service industry. If you are tired or mad at something else, you should not be the one who is answering the phone.

This is my second referral to Dr. Sarafian, both different circumstances and he's shown me every courtesy and explained what was needed so I could understand

He should have his license revoked! Worst doctor, imposter. Quack. He gave up on my case and he didn’t even follow up to see if I was OK after I had surgery. I was a patient of his and he treated me like a dog. He gave up on my case and he didn’t even follow up to see if I was OK after I have surgery. I was a patient of his and treat me like a dog. Rude, arrogant and lacks empathy

This is a doctor who does not carry through on his promises and doesn't really care about his patients. He let my mother be wrongly discharged from Mission Hospital after he had promised me he would never do that. Because of this she died just a few days later due to lack of proper care. I tried to hear his side of this story but he has not returned any of my phone calls.
