Dr. Gabriel Chiu, Beverly Hills CA

Staff could use some more training. I’m currently in the process of trying to find a surgeon for a possible breast augmentation and when I called this office the lady who picked up the phone couldn’t even give me a starting price for silicone implants.

BHPS Inc.is and has been my “go to” anti-aging oasis since they opened their doors. Elegantly thoughtful offering only state of the art procedures to their discerning clients BHPS Inc has been a mainstay in my life for self care.

Dr. Chiu? Continues to offer the most consistent care / opinion for seamless maintenance that fits perfectly in my lifestyle as I skate through my forties. I have not once doubted his professional opinion and usually find agreement when I solicit others in the field. He is kind, talented and patient, the perfect compliment to any anxious preprocess feeling and has be a great cornerstone on which I’ve built my care.

I consider myself very lucky to have met him and his dynamic wife / partner, Christine @BHPSInc.

DONT waist your time! Im updating my post because everyone needs to know the TRUTH.

1- After my original post the patient coordinator immediately called, asking me to REMOVE my review.

2- I have reached out multiple times to this office and had scheduled a call back time, yet this office FAILED to call during that time slot on multiple occasions. Blocking 1 hour to receive a schedule phone appointment is more than reasonable.
-In RESPONSE to Dr. Chiu's comment from Yelp: I NEVER Received a single call, message or email from your staff (I can pull up phone records to prove it). NOT A GOOD LOOK WHEN THE DOCTOR BEGINS TO LIE.
-IF Dr. Chiu actually communicated with his staff he would have seen the emails I sent to 2 office managers and the patient coordinator in regards to the issues that needed to be resolved and the lack of communication on their end. I have attached one of the emails to the office to help possible patients see how unprofessional this office can be.

3- Record your conversation with Dr. Chiu, because he is more than willing to change facts.
- (Response to Dr. Chiu from below) Per our phone conversation, Dr. Chiu admitted that his staff never gave him my messages. I don't use a doctors cell phone or home number when my question is not life threatening. If I'm calling the office during business hours and spoke directly with the patient coordinator who said they would get back with an answer PRIOR TO ELECTIONS, then I believe the office needs to respond in a timely manner. Instead, my message and questions were never given to the doctor.

4- Had this office been organized, Dr. Chiu would have known that I never failed to provide medical records, instead his office coordinator was aware and approved the date that it would be received. (I have email proof).

5- Be prepared to PAY $500 for an office visit that will provide you with herbal supplements that can be purchased over the counter. The appointment will last you 15 mins and office staff will read you a packet of instruction (something that I am capable of reading on my own).

6- After 9 missed SCHEDULED call backs in just 3 weeks, it's shocking and disturbing that this office is still open. IM SURE YOU CAN FIND ANOTHER OFFICE THAT IS RELIABLE.

I absolutely love Dr Chiu and his staff. I was able to get an apt 7/16 and have my surgery 8/04. I have healed so nicely! I got a rhinoplasty. The surgical team was top of the line the anesthesiologist was so sweet. He cared about my needs and the surgery was a breeze.

Had my daughters nose performed here, as a mother I was against it obviously.however I chose them because of there experience and thank goodness everything turned out fine.

Honestly, i did a lot of research to find the right doctor.once i found Dr chiu i decided to schedule a consultation and from that moment on i knew he was going to be the best doctor for my procedure.on the day of my consultation he explained the process and the recovery and also showed me pictures of the procedures hes done.my procedure went smoothly, everything was perfect the outcome was exactly what i asked for and couldn't be happier with my results.i am still on the recovery process but after a month of having done my procedure and having the swelling and bruising go down i honestly can say that i like what i see and cant wait to see the final results in the months to come.i wanna thank Dr.chiu and his staff for an amazing experience.i would definitely go back for future procedures.

My experience with Doctor Gabriel Chiu was amazing, since the first day I met him he made me feel confident about my procedure. From start to finish he is available and so are his staff for any emergency or any questions that you may have.

Everything about Dr Chiu and his staff is first class. My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The attention to detail and customer satisfaction is second to none. I will recommend Dr Chiu to my friends and family!

During my consultation, Dr Gabriel Chiu’s top priority was to understand my objective and educate me on all options available for my desired result.

Dr. Gabriel Chiu is the best doctor in my opinion. I've been seeing him for many years now and never have I left his beautiful office unhappy. He has wonderful bedside manners and never pushes you to think you "need more. " I would recommend him to any friend or family member with full faith they will be well taken care of! Dr. Chiu and his staff are amazing, I went a second time to get things done. I received exceptional care from the moment I made my appointment. Dr. Chiu takes his time with you to find out what you want and gives you his best approach to your wants. I have no complaints from the surgery’s. This is the second time I go to Dr. Gabriel Chiu and it is because he is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to plastic surgery. I went to him this time for a tummy tuck and liposuction. He is super kind and sweet and you can definitely tell he loves what he does. The surgery went as smooth as you can imagine and he is always there when you have any question. My recovery has gone so well and I'm only one week post surgery. I definitely recommend Dr. Chiu, he is an amazing plastic surgeon!

Just wanted to share my experience I had with Beverly Hill plastic surgery this was my first major surgery I had a tummy tuck done was nervous at first but the girls were amazing and Dr Chiu very detailed in what is being done with all this said I am very please with the work Dr Chiu did I am glad I chose Beverly Hills Plastic surgery thank you everyone
