Dr. Khela is a phenomenal professional, VERY knowledgable and her bedside manners supersede anyone else I've ever been treated by. It's one of the many reasons she is a standout and why I wouldn't recommend anybody else, but her. If you want someone to thoroughly care for your eyes, answer your questions and provide you with a tangible treatment plan. SHE IS YOUR GO-TO!
As an RA patient with iritis, I had serious concerns because I was getting the run-around by other doctors about my dry eyes and blurred vision. I had to make an emergency appointment to see her and she took me in that same day. Dr. Khela took her time to assess my eye history and confidently offered an actionable plan that reduced a flare-up within days. Thank goodness!
Despite having gone to leading eye care institutes in Los Angeles, Dr. Khela was the first person to actually take swift action, dive into my concerns with dry eyes AND get me on a treatment plan that brought my eyes back to being healthy.
