This doctor doesn't seem to care. My wife several years ago had to have tumors removed from her brain and breast. When the time for a mammogram came up, Blue Cross being Blue Cross, refused to authorize the procedure. We called Dr. Zhao's office twice to see if he could provide input to Blue Cross. They said he would call us back. That was two months ago. We won't be seeing him anymore!

He didn’t care about his patient. He told me there are many medications for cancer patients and gave me hope. When my mom’s situation got worse, he told me he will change his medication ASAP. Unfortunately he didn’t do it until my mom pass away. I’m very regretful I took my mom to see him.
