14He needs to fire his staff. I've asked for my lab order to be mailed to me 5 times and it still hasn't been mailed to me. It's been almost 6 months. Hopefully I don't have cancer or anything serious going on.
Dr. Thai really cares about me and makes sure That I am all covered in vaccinations, gastroenterology and all that
He's attentive, prompt, and knowledgeable. He doesn't make guesses and you feel confident that you're in good hands. He doesn't keep you waiting. Most office visits are within a half hour.
Courteous, informed regarding my medical history, took time to answer my questions, explain new medications and referral to specialists.
Dr. Tsai is very attentative and caring about his patients. He additionally follows-up with his patients regarding various courses of action. He additionally follow-up with the needed referrals. I highly recommend him.
