2He has been an amazing Dr for my family as well as myself for the last 32years. Very caring, and full of compassion.
This is about the front desk staff, not the Doctors. My 90 year old dad has Dr. Nakata, who is a pro. Two thumbs up. His receptionist is a witch. Never helpful, never giving you any advice. Confrontational, arrogant, mean. I had to wait till she was off one day to give the Doctors office a copy of my fathers Advance Health Care Directive, because I felt she would not process it. Sure enough, next visit, she asked me about it. I told her I could show her the receipt I have proving your office has it. She sneered, and said “ as long as it’s on file. ”
Well then, why didn’t she check?
I am glad I am not her. She loves being snarky and getting in the last word. I admit I despise her. I’m writing this in the waiting room, getting ready for pops to be seen.
Every interaction with her is worse than the one before. How she keeps her job is a miracle to me.
To recap; Dr Nakata is great, but he is guarded by an evil female troll.
