2 I understand the stellar reviews for Dr. Flora. However in my own myopic view to be kept waiting in an examination room for 45 minutes or more seems rude, insulting and aloof.
I have tried to book early appointments to avoid this annoyance.
It is not something I can tolerate.
It is also my expectation that a restroom in a Doctor’s office would be sanitary with the accoutrements to wash your hands, which is not the case at Dr. Flora’s office. I had more prompt service at the West Hills ER. Where I had to go because Dr. Flora’ Staff could not book an appointment for me, after a serious accident. No empathy. Hypocritical oath?
Doctor heal thy self.
Dr Flora takes his time with you. No rushing in and out with him. He answers all questions and talks to you like your his personal friend. Love this doctor. Wish all Docs took after him.
