1 4/28/23 1: 00pm - Been waiting on a referral for a month now. My insurance told me that the referral paperwork was rejected because Calleros submitted it incorrectly. I called Calleros this morning to follow up since it's been a month now. They told me someone would call me back by Friday 3pm. It's currently Friday 1pm and their voicemail says they are closed for the day. The WORST MEDICAL SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. The staff acts like they're doing you a favor by speaking to you and lying to you. CLOWNS.
4/28/23 2: 30pm - These clowns called me one hour after I posted this review on google. I told them they need to call my insurance company. They yelled at me and used vulgar language. And hung up on me. CLOWNS.
4/28/23 2: 52pm - These clowns called me again and claimed they have no idea who from their office called me and hung up on me. CLOWNS.
4/28/23 3: 30pm - My insurance called me to tell me that Calleros' office finally submitted the paperwork for my referral. And that they submitted the paperwork for the WRONG DOCTOR. CLOWNS.
