The three-month family doctor experience was so poor that she had to be replaced.
I can forget to prescribe painkillers for three weeks, and the application for physical therapy has been delayed until today, and other things are also very bad.

We went to Dr. Zheng’s clinic for our annual physical exam today. We were new patients and had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. My wife forgot to bring her insurance card, but the receptionist quietly helped resolve the issue. We started our appointment with a nurse almost on time, which is unusual for a doctor’s appointment. Dr. Zheng is very professional and knowledgeable. She knew what a senior person needed for medical care and health protection, and her checkup was careful. This visit really meets our needs and exceeds our expectations in terms of preventive care. We strongly recommend Dr. Zheng if you need a primary care doctor.

Excuse me? I called 3 times and got hung up by the front desk for 3 times? ! I literally heard the phone being picked up, I heard the background noise and immediately got hung up after 2 seconds…. FOR 3 TIMES! I have never had such a bad experience with any services out there. For all of the new patients out there, try your best to avoid this place and this doctor. She does not care about her patient for someone title herself as a family doctor. She ordered imagining tests for my mom, but none of the facilities opens. And I am sorry, this doctor speaks Chinese and obviously she doesn’t want any Chinese patients. My mom has expressed her concern over not being able to communicate with the front desk for appointments, guess what the doctor says? “You need to find a place where you can communicate”very well said doctor, you are 100% right about it but you still deserve no stars, the only one stars you have from me is so I can warn your future patients. For whoever reads this, I hope this will save you from unnecessary frustration and go to the right doctor for your treatment!

Honestly this place is the most efficient clinic I have ever been. Doctor Zheng is friendly and quick, receptionists are very helpful too. Not sure why so many people have an issue with this place, this is not a place to serve you but help you.

I had an bad experience with Dr zheng. After waiting for a long time she appeared without any patience to answer the questions. She wasn’t respectful to the patient and no eye contact without eye contacts and just write down things and spoke very quickly and very short to get job done. If you asked more questions she just showed impatience. She shouldn’t be a doctor if she has such bad attitude to people.

Worst experience at the front desk, be ready to try to call them multiple times to finally when it works! Get redirected to a full voice mail. Dr impossible to reach, don't waste time here
