I had thought, I was being Helped. But, I was Treated Awful- after 11 yrs. - I was told that “They had Received a Letter from Our Gov’t. Indicating That They Needed. To “Lower. Everyone’s Medication Across the Board. ”
Because of the “ Opiod - Crisis. At first - I was Fine, with It. As IT, got to where
“ I physically Could Not Handle Going Any Lower” — “ The Pain is “Excruciating “. - As I
Have “ Nerve Damage in My Mouth, Face, Head and Neck, Nerve Damage, After A Dentist left “ wire object” Durring a “Root- Canal. ” Piercing the “MAXILLARY NERVE”. In Which It Causes,

After My SON, CALLED & spoke w/ P. A. ELHERS. Explaining to Him What I Was Going thru, I could NOT HANDLE SUCH PAIN. At which Time, I was personally told. To go In for an Appt. To Discuss Future Procedure’s, &
Treatment’s. Appt. Was for Feb. 15 2022. Prior to Appt. I spoke with PA. Elhers, at which time He told Me, Don’t WORRY! I WILL BE THERE AND “I WILL DO ALL THE TALKING. ” As DR. DRUETT WAS TO BE THERE TOO! AND
P. A. ELHERS HAD TOLD ME ABOUT HIM THRU THE 11years - “ AND IT. WASN’T GOOD!
The Appt. Day came. I was so Nervous, ONLY, BECAUSE OF WHAT I HAD BEEN HEARING ABOUT HIM THRU THE YEARS! ”

After a month of trying to schedule an appointment, I gave up and found another Dr.office. I called this office numerous times and left voicemails. I never received a phone call back. I was able to reach Pearl one time and she claimed she had already spoken with me. I assured her I had never spoken with her to which she argued. She gave me her email address to send the information needed directly to her. All the requested information was sent to Pearl’s email address as requested twice. Two weeks later I received no confirmation or response. Take your business elsewhere.

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment with Dr. Druet (while in a great deal of pain, of course). The day before my long awaited appointment, his admin calls to say not only can he not keep the appointment, but he has nothing to offer for at least 6 weeks to come. Being a "good doctor" requires a level of respect for your patients and an acknowledgment that their time important too. Performing well when it is convenient, is not what I value in a healthcare provider.
