Dr. Offenberger and the entire staff are excellent! They have really helped me with my allergies, including dog and cat.

I've been a patient at this office for more than 8 years. I've stayed a patient for this office because Dr. Offenberger and Dr Cecilia are great doctors and they are able to make their patients feel at the right place. However, I have a huge complaint about the front desk workers there. I do not know why the most unwelcoming and antisocial people would be granted such a position at Dr Offenbergers office. Every time I set foot into the office for a check in, my mood gets turned down by this one lady I have to talk to at the front desk. She never smiles and never shows any positivity to the incoming patients. Whenever I leave saying "goodbye" and "thank you" to her she just stares at me with an unpleasant look and looks down. She is of terrible service to the patients and has a negative impact towards the business. I would not be surprised that the service provided by the front desk has contributed to people switching their doctors. It saddens me that I have to leave 3 stars for this review, but I just cannot overlook such a key aspect for running a medical office. I truly wish I could leave a review of "Perfect. " with 5 stars.

doctors and the entire staff. They are understanding and attentive.
The shot room staff makes me laugh and smile every time!

I came here to get an allergy test that I urgently needed prior to giving birth and let’s just say it was not the best experience. Both the doctor and PA were incredibly rude and not helpful when I spoke to them about the urgency of this allergy test. They said it will take up to 4 weeks to set up an appointment & give me the test. Ridiculous timeline. I’m too far along and my baby can come at any time. They tried blaming my insurance for the delay. However, I spoke to my insurance about my case and they actually LISTENED and understood how important this test was and got things going asap with another doctor. No delay with that doctor btw. Anyway, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else. Update- 3 weeks later and they’re just getting back to me about scheduling an appointment. Ha.

Would give a lower rating if I could…the office never answers the phone. I’ve left several messages. When I was there to get tested for my allergies the PA was so pleasant but trying to get an appointment or get someone on the phone seems like an impossible mission. Good luck!

The doctor is disrespectful. I came because my doctor referred me to see an allergist from a bad allergic reaction. I have been to the ER because I struggled to breathe with hives on my body and blisters on my fingers and my doctor and the ER told me to see an allergist. Now it has been a month and the blisters have gone away but I still struggle to breathe when I sleep and my skin keeps breaking out. I finally went to see an allergist. When I try to speak to the allergist he does not listen. He talks over me and tells me it is just allergies and that I never had an allergic reaction. I said I don’t get bad allergies. It is not common for me to break out in hives and have breathing issues. The doctor said I never had blisters and that it was probably just bed bugs and dust mites. My grandmother has bad allergies, especially dust, so we make sure to keep the house clean. When I was trying to show him a picture he snatched my phone out of my hand and talked to me like I was dumb. When they did the allergy test I never got my results. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time he does not do anything.

Dr. Offenberger is the RUDEST Dr. I've ever met! Took my daughter there first to see Ms. Cecilia and she was awful! Decided to see the actual Dr and he's even worse! WILL NEVER GO BACK! I ask him why he was being so abrasive and he jumped down my throat telling me it's his practice! He told us to move to Alaska to fix my daughter's asthma! Prescriptions prescribed wrong. He actually took a phone call in the middle of me talking to him! 2 times I was interrupted with nurses coming in from to talk to Dr about other patients. Then our appointment was abruptly over when a different nurse came in and told him to go to another room while we were still talking! UNBELIEVABLE! WORST DR EVER,

Bad follow up they did not submit what they needed to to my insurance company to get me further treatment and also made a wrong diagnosis which was self-serving because it would’ve kept me as a patient for them rather than refer me to a person that deals with my kind of problem
