Dr. Jason M. Kurtz, Placentia CA

Was a patient with Dr Jason M. Kurtz, but I decided to seek medical treatment somewhere else after finding out that there is a $50 dollars fee for no call no show. I had severe low back pain which limited me to lie in bed for days. I couldn't stand on my own much less walk. I called to make an appointment for the same day when I was feeling better to walk with support and the front desk was really nice and helpful to provide me with a same day appointment at 5 pm. Unfortunately, trying to go down the stairs and drive made it worst and I missed the appointment. I understand it was my fault for not calling but sometimes circumstances in life get out of your control. I tried to get another appointment but was told I had to pay that fee in order to see the doctor again.

Several years ago, when I was a patient of Dr. Kurtz I found this physician not to take the concerns of his patients seriously. After he ordered my blood chemistry, he didn’t want to manage my chronic health issues. I obtained from his office my medical records. I found the physician's findings were not objective, and his dictated notes in my medical chart were biased and derogatory.
