Dr. Kasein Gonzalez, Orange CA

Office does not have any available appointments for 3 plus weeks out. It is ca state law that availability for PCPs be within 10 business days, which this office staff does not at all know or understand. I was told x 2 to go to urgent care. The office staff especially Mariella are rude. Mariella told me there is no law and "we can see you when we can see you". Completely unacceptable to not have availability for your patients and to have such a major attitude when your patients are not feeling well. Now I don't even want to come in because of your office staffs attitude, lack of compassion and lack of understanding that patients need to be able to access care!

The medical personal here lacks the ability to send the correct prescription. This has happened to my mother 3 times. These people do not care about quality of care and lack any accountability. If med support is important to you avoid this medical office. You are treated as a number here.

Update- Dr.called me personally to inquire about my review. I explained to him what had happened and he was very apologetic about what happened to my mother. He stated he would address this with his staff. Making a phone call personally goes along way and I really did appreciate it.

Dr Gonzalez has been my primary doctor for several years now. He is very passionate and thorough. He takes the time with you that is needed and listens to all your concerns and issues. He is very good at what he does. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a professional experienced knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me when I was diagnosed for my leukemia that I have now survived through after two and a half years of treatment. If it wasn't for him going that extra mile I might not be here to tell you the story thank you so much Dr Gonzalez and Frederica

Dr. Gonzalez one of the best medical practicional, I'm his patient and have no negatives things to say about him. He takes the time to make sure you're satisfied with any explanation he has given you. And explain everything to you regarding your visit. Really recommend him

The receptionist tells me doctor kaisen Gonzalez isn't there and kept telling me some other doctor works there? He's my primary WHERE IS HE? Ridiculous. Lady had to ask me same thing 10 times too

Dr. Gonzalez's physician's assistant perforated my eardrum during an ear irrigation. She and the nurse practitioner lied to me about the injury she caused. I went to an urgent care clinic to confirm the damage and get antibiotics. Absolutely outrageous.

I was recommended Dr. Gonzalez by a family member and am so glad I was. He was very considerate about my concerns and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. I never felt like I couldn’t ask him to explain something I didn’t understand more throughly.
The staff were also very kind and professional.
I‘ve received top quality care from this office and I highly recommend it.

I've been going to Dr Gonzalez office for over 2 years and have seen Dr Gonzalez and his Nurse Practitioner! My first visit was amazing. I have found them to be kind and and caring regarding my health concerns. I have recommend them to all my friends, family and co-workers! Anytime I have a health issue they have addressed it. Dr. G is amazing! Very caring & thoughtful! He is very professional & takes the time to get to know his patients very well. He enjoys educating his patients about diseases and how we can prevent many health issues. His work ethic is like no other & I 100% recommend!

I had the opportunity to see Dr. Gonzalez, and he was able to listen to my problems in a patient manner and help me with my questions, I emphasize the time he takes with each person unlike other doctors who do not make a connection with the person.

I am a relative of a patient who comes to this office,
believe me when I say you are better off seeking help from another doctor. Dr. Kasein is good but fails to review his patients files before seeing them and the same questions get asked again something he would know if he was more professional and revised his patient file especially when he's been seeing the same doctor for a while. Dr. Kasein not only fails to overview his patients files and is late to his office and I understand he might be doing runs if he works at a hospital and I believe he does but he goes Facebook live and manages to do that on time so why not everything else. I understand being late Gere and there but it's every time I have come here. Most of the time it's 40 min outside waiting in the lobby and an additional 20-30 min in the room and he stills walks in without knowing about his patients history. I don't recommend him because of this, he needs to be more responsible take the time to know his patients. He would be a good doctor if only he took the time but he is bad at managing time and bad communication between staff as well as him with his patients.

I was assigned to Dr. Gonzalez, when I went to my first appointment upon filling out the paperwork on one of the pages they had buried deep down, that I agreed not to post ANY negative reviews on any public platform including review sites and social media. After I refused to agree to that, I was told that I would not be seen by the Dr. I could not be a patient. It leads me to wander how many people are being kept from giving true reviews concerning this Dr?

Early (January) 2019, I've made appointment to visit my (new) Dr. Gonzalez. At which, I've never saw Dr. Kasein Gonzalez, but some P. A.nurse came in and the experience was SOO horribly to say the least. For the next 2 years, I've NEVER saw Dr. Kasein Gonzalez, HE the worst Dr, and I STRONGLY recommend the you seek another doctor! HORRIBLE CARE to patients!

After 3 physicians had unsuccessfully seen and treated my mom for weeks, we were recommended Dr. G, after 24 hrs under his care at Foothill Global my moms health had improved tremendously. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and empathetic made a stressful experience in the hospital much easier. Thank you for caring Doctor! My family and I are so grateful.
