Dr. Tiu takes the time to listen to your concerns and works with you to address medical issues. I purposely choose a PPO plan at work just so that I can continue to see her.

I have met with Dr. Tiu 4 times now and she's been absolutely wonderful! She really listens and answers every question I have. My health is on the right track and I am so grateful for her for that.

This rating is for the front desk receptionist because Dr. Tiu is great when you are able to get in. Appointments are scheduled about a month or two out and you get put on a wait list and never get a call back. The receptionist at the front has the worst attitude it seems like she hates her job. I been told numerous times to leave my number down and Dr.will call me by the end of the day and never happens. I hate having to look for another Dr.but I’m tired of dealing with that girl for the past 4 years.

I have a big lump on breast and they were supposed to fax in of course I waited over a month called wish they haven’t received called office and they “fax” it in nothing another week call wish nope haven’t received ok I had enough walk in tell them and they said they faxed it already but will do again and I watched called wish for an appointment next day. Now I have to get this removed ASAP they don’t have enough hours they work M-Th 8: 30-4pm closed fridays it’s disappointing that I have to keep calling to remind them about there job and they need to refer me. After this most definitely looking for another doctor this lump has been hurting me pretty bad that’s why I can’t leave just yet but this is not against how bad of a job she does because that’s not the case it’s more of the availability that’s not available and the workers that have they attitude when I told them about the referral had not been sent to wish we’ll do you have your copy? No doctor never gave me one she said it would faxed in well that weird she usually gives a copy. Ah ok then ask your boss maybe she was busy maybe she forgot idk but I’m just letting you know I was not provided with a copy I have nothing to lie about won’t get me what I need. Smh
