Nice customer service, but it’s not a real store it’s a reseller. They marked up the products I could’ve bought online for cheaper and they don’t accept returns. Maybe good if you’re looking for a rare shoe but otherwise I’d stay away.

I walked into the store looking for sandals. There was a man and woman working there, both helping a customer. I came in and nobody greeted me, said they would be with me shortly or even acknowledged me. The woman working there looked at me and then went into the back. The store is pretty small, you can literally see the cash register from the front door which is why it's even more crazy that I wasn't helped or acknowledged. I will not patronize a place that treat customers rude. Horrible customer service.

After years of wearing ECCO shoes at work, I thought I would change things up a bit and try the Dr Martens oxfords. When I first put them to work, they were super stiff and hurt like hell where the show flexes just below the laces. I didn’t give up on them and wore them just a few hours a day until they broke in. It’s been a little over a week and they are now super comfortable. They are true to size and the folks in the store were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend these shoes and I will buy these again without hesitation.

Very busy but one worker stood out from the rest and he helped in a very polite manner enjoyed the visit to shop there with his help

We had the best experience today at Dr. Martens store. Staff was very knowledgeable and nice.

It took a while before we could get anyone to help us, which was surprising for how small this location is. We ended up going elsewhere to buy shoes.
