Dr. Gonzalez is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever seen. She clearly explains everything and takes the time to really listen.

I absolutely LOVE this office! All the staff members are so friendly and personable. When I go there, I feel like a person instead of a body with symptoms. Dr. Gonzalez looks at me when she talks to me, NOT at a computer. She examines my skin, my reflexes, my fingernails, etc, instead of just relying on lab tests. She spends the time necessary and never seems rushed. I went through 3 or 4 physician assistants who all said my TSH was "in the normal range" and wouldn't even refer me to an endocrinologist. I did some research and chose to make an appointment with Dr. Gonzalez, even though she was not covered by my health insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. When I saw Dr. Gonzalez and she actually looked at ME instead of relying solely on the lab tests, she found that, even though my TSH was "in the normal range, " I still showed signs of hypothyroid. Well worth the out-of-pocket costs! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gonzalez and her staff! They are wonderful and competent people!

Best Internal Medicine/Endocrinology office in Ventura for patients seriously wanting to maintain their health and vitality. She smart, explains everything and is candid. Amazing and compassionate Doctor, I love her staff they are very accommodating, friendly and have worked with Dr. Gonzalez for years which says a lot about the amazing atmosphere of her office. I’ve been seeing her for several years and can say I’m super happy not to have thyroid or menopause issues. She’s also amazing about checking your vitamin levels which can make a huge difference in how you feel.

Dr. Gonzalez is incredibly thoughtful with her treatment. I always feel like I’m getting the best quality care! She takes as much time as I need to answer questions. I never feel rushed. I recommend her to everyone. She truly wants you to feel better. She does not do the bare minimum. She is a true problem solver with her treatment plans.
