Very unpleasant experience at the Dr. Hopp office. When I brought in my mother the first time to the office, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. They left a sick person in the x-ray room for 25 minutes without any attention. In the meantime, they transferred me from room to room, assuming I was the patient without even asking my name. At the second visit, they cancelled my mother’s appointment without any notification. The manager of the office was arguing with me and refusing to give my mother the appointment back. Soon after, she gave the appointment back just for us to find out that the office didn’t have my mother’s test results because they forgot to send it to the lab. The doctor wasn’t honest. He told my mother that the results were negative and that the test needs to be repeated. When I asked him if the doctor had the results, he told me that they, “probably forgot to send it to the lab. ” I was very disappointed and I would never recommend to go to the office of Dr. Hopp.

I trust Martin Hopp with any ear, nose or throat problem I have had. I first met him at Stanford Medical Center in Palo Alto, California. He has been my physician of choice for any ENT problem I have had.

Martin Hopp is a very gifted surgeon and a brilliant Dr. I have been through two surgeries with him with great
success. I return from time to time to consult with him on other issues that I haven't another Dr.to go to. He is always very helpful. Like all of us, he has a unique personality. Do not let his style keep you from his office.
Just remember, he is the best!

I want to share how Dr, Hopp helped me with my sleep issues i have been having for years. I have seen two other Doctor for my sleep Apena, and all i was given was a cpap which i was unable to use.
Dr. Hopp took the time to get to the bottom of of my sleep issues. He helped me end my addiction to Ambien, I am now Ambien free:) I can now fall asleep with Tylenol PM.or Melatonin.
Dr. Hopp was more concerned with getting rid of my Ambien addiction than throwing a cpap machine to me.
I am forever grateful Dr. Hopp.

Dr. Martin Hopp Performed sinus surgery on me five years ago. It was a completely botched surgery. This man should not be performing surgery on anyone. Due to his negligence he caused me a lot of pain and grief and I had to get another surgery to fix what he had done wrong. He cost me a lot of money and quality of life.

Worst office ever to deal with on a Professional Level. I work for a law firm who has attempted sending a couple patients there. It takes multiple messages for anyone to return my call if they do at all and months to get a report or bill. Don't send anyone here.
