Dr. Mike's Walk-In Clinic, Hesperia CA

This clinic is no drama. You simply walk in and get taken care of. Simple as that. They are attentive and seem knowledgeable. I will go again.

Well first of all me & friend both had an appointment on Tuesday morning & on our way over there we get a call saying that they need to reschedule our appointments cause the doctor was no going to be there that day! That is very unprofessional of them to call the same day of your appointment they could of called us the day before! We rescheduled our appointment for Wednesday so we to the appointment my friend gets called to be seen by the doctor she was in there 2hours waiting to be seen by the doctor & I was in the lobby waiting to be called I waited 2 hours! This place was a bad experience! Never going back there again

Dr Mike’s clinic has always been a life saver for me. My primary doctor is so overwhelmed with patients until every time I try to get an appointment to see her it is not possible. My appointments are always three month from the time I try to see her Think I need to make Dr Mike my primary

The nurse practitioner actually cared about me and ordered my things the same day.the staff was nice too and they answered any questions i had.

Made an appointment to get a referral for titers to be drawn and sat in the room for 2 hours. When I came out to ask what was going on they informed me the provider had gone to lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. I was then informed that I could have the provider FaceTime me and I could leave if I wanted I called in advanced to see if they had resulted and the clerk told me I could just come in to pick them up. When I came in to get the records for my titers they refused to give my my medical records without seeing the provider first. Over an hour later I am typing this from the room. I went out to ask what’s going on that I just want the paperwork and I am being told I will have to wait longer because I didn’t have an appointment.

It took an hour from check in to leaving with the prescription. I was THE ONLY PATIENT THERE! Service could have been faster, but I did get seen.

I am sitting in front of Dr Mikes on BV rd which is open 24 hours. All the signs and the website indicate that but there is no one here and no one answers the phone. What the hell? ! What kind of way is that to run a business.

I love this dr office. They are very understanding and always know how to solve my issue. Thanks guys️

I must say doctor Mike's Have no complaints i someone did have have health insurance that able to pay a little bit. 9/05/18 They are quite thorough in their examinations Surprisingly Thank you to both doctors I have seen May God-bless ya'll

The staff in the Clinic are very good the wait time is a bit long they can improve that the doctor I see is very good

Horrible clinic to visit. Noone smiles and doesn't make you feel welcomed. The doctor seemed careless and didn't smile once. The rooms are absolutely filthy I took pictures check them out. Never been to a clinic this nasty and they had the nerve to have the air on let me show you what your breathing in.

My 1yr old was sick with a cough so bad it kept her up, so we came here about 3am, of course it was pretty empty, which is good for us. The guy at the front was helpful and even walked to our car after because it was pretty dark out. The doctor was nice and didn’t take long at all. Very appreciative of them being 24 hrs. Thank you for helping this sleep deprived mom.

The wait is ridiculously long, but that's because I didn't know you could sign in online. The staff is only as polite as they absolutely have to be, and don't like answering questions. The doctor who finally saw us made me feel stupid for bringing my injured child in to see him, as if we were a waste of his time. But, hey! Still a better choice than Choice Urgent Care! At least these doctors know what they're doing!

Went there like 3 days ago.real nice staff Luis front office was great. Only thing the office had 2 patients before me and the wait was a little long.

Both the staff and Doctor were awesome! In and out in under 2 hrs. Not bad for being a high volume clinic. Also the lobby area is well kept and clean. I will be returning if I ever need their services. Thanks guys.

The staff was friendly, but it took them over an hour to verify my insurance. I was there for 3 hours total with my young daughter as a walk in. The facility and equipment was old, dirty, and kind of janky. Not a terrible experience but I would probably find another place.

After having a horrible experience at Global urgent care, it was refreshing to be greeeted by friendly staff! I went in at 730 am on a Saturday and was in and out within 45 min. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Wouldn't recommend this place to any one. I would rather sit in the emergency waiting room for 10 hours then deal with these

I came in as a walk in, the people that work there are very professional and courteous. The wait time very not very long. The PA. Tina, who saw me was also very nice and courteous. She me feel very comfortable, she actually listened to me when I spoke. I didn’t feel rushed at all. My overall experience was great. I will definitely go back to them again.
