7Too many cons and no pros. Places like this need to be made into a Netflix series to expose why American Healthcare is a disaster. Places like this ages patients from the stress. Places like this trigger new illnesses/ pre-existing illness. This Dr.and her office are the perfect place to start going to if you want to commit suicide being that they will help speed up that process. Do yourself a favor and call your insurance NOW to switch to a Dr.who actually enjoys their career choice.
If I could give 1 star, I would. All these reviews about long waits, hard times trying to set up an appointment, bad attitudes is true. BUT THE REAL ISSUE IS, the doctor in general. POA over my husband and have to be at his appointments, we had our 10 yr old son with us, as the appt was at 3 in the afternoon. I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE MY MINOR SON IN THE CAR, ALONE, BECAUSE HE CANT COME IN. She flat out told me to break the law.
Don't go thier. They are so rude amd have zero experience. Dosent Know how to communicate with the patient and people get more sick with this office. DONT GO TO THIS DOCTOR
They don't deserve not even one star. Janet and melina can't manage appointments properly today is friday and I have been calling since monday for a over the phone consultation they keep telling me they are over booked. I call that poor management.
WORST doctor ever. I haven’t even met her. I have tried to get appointments and “due to covid” they get canceled at the last 10 minutes? I would show up in the parking lot to be polite and on time and my appointment was canceled. I’ve tried to switch my medication multiple times and I have not been able to because of the incompetence of this doctor. I had to find out from RITE AID pharmacy that this doctor has my prescriptions denied. Terrible.
Doctor refused my mother an MRI multiple times when she was having excoriating nerve pain on her arm. Very unprofessional, not friendly, and unhelpful. Avoid her as much as you can.
