Never even made it to the office and I wouldn't reccomend this place. I called to make a prenatal appointment (new to the area) and the staff member who "helped" me was beyond rude. Save yourself the stress and call elsewhere.
Dr MOOLA IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! IF YOU GO HERE PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE ITS OLD AND RAGGEDY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH! WASTE YOUR TIME CAUSE THAT'S WHAT THEY WILL DO AMY IS A HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST JUST THROW THE WHOLE OFFICE AWAY!
Save your time they do not care about you or your health.they never want to do what helps you they just give you advise and send u off horrible place!
This place was gloomy and old but that not my issue. My first appt there I was given (literally) a solo cup to pee in. I waited over an hr to be seen. They did not have a proper scale to weigh me, sat me in a disgusting room with dirty equipment and gave me a ripped, old, wrinkled purple pillow case to use as a cover up/gown. That was the last straw. I walked out before ever seeing anyone.
Worst experience with a specialist ever. No bedside manner whatsoever from either doctor Iyer or her nurse practitioner. Completely negligent, they had my ultrasound results in their office for over a month and never contacted me regarding my Urgent results. My condition would have gone unnoticed had I not by happenstance asked for a copy of my results. Definitely would give them zero stars.
The receptionist are so rude, not even a welcoming face or a good morning. Everyone so serious and mad faces. And worse parking ever small parking place for so many office in that building 8: 30am and parking lot full already you have to look for parking in the street.
If I could rate a negative I would. Thank God I am switching doctors, even thou they said they never receivee my new doctors request and it takes a week for them to release my records. I have only been here 2 visits and that was enough to see how disorganized they are. Don't beleive their 5 star overall rating. One girl in the front desk is amaizing but thats about it. One thing that seem weird was getting tested for stuff that was not required. I finally found what I was looking for. Professionalism.
