Dr. Nyra Khetarpal, M.D. - Choice Medical Group

Literally my 1st experience with a Dr's office not calling to reschedule an appointment. Was set to have my 1st visit, pre checked in the da before. Showed up to the front office telling me that the Dr is out, no call or text before. Not a good 1st impression

Dr Khetarpal is my primary dr. She has helped me with my A1C unlike other Dr's in my past. The best dr in the high desert. Thank you for being so patient and knowledgeable in all areas. I wanted to keep her as a secret but if you need an outstanding dr she's the one. Ms Ezell was an awful experience I left from seeing Ms ezell numerous times in tears. I will ONLY see Dr Khetarpal.

First visit as our new primary Doctor. Like her very much. The office staff were very nice to desk with.

I would love to give five stars but sad to say I had a biopsy on my thyroid and was NEVER called for the results had to call three months later on my own was very upset on lack of effort on the office calling me! Dr. Khetarpal she is very good she explains everything and has a great beside manor. Was asked to see NINA SUH PH-C because Dr. Kheterpal was on leave and I must say she was impatient, rude and abrasive to put it nicely. I will never see her again if asked didn’t care for her on ANY LEVEL! Will always ask to see Dr. Khetarpal she does do an excellent job and cares about her patients a great deal.

Wow, what an amazing experience! This is what a medical facility should be like. From the first call, to the front desk, to the lady that took all my information, to Dr Khetarpal, everyone was so sweet, caring, and professional. There were 2 sentences that were spoken to me that I wasn't expecting and they were, "It was a pleasure meeting you" and "We're going to make you feel better. " Since I'm not use to this kind of attention, it really impacted my heart in a good way.
Dr Khetarpal was highly recommended by friends. I highly recommend this facility to everyone. It doesn't hurt to be nice.

Dr is very attentive to to my concerns and health. Great personality and takes time to explain what's going on. The staff are great, very polite. I feel I made a great choice choosing this Dr.

Dr. Khetarpal and staff are amazing. The staff is attentive and have handled any issues I've had quickly. Dr. Khetarpal listened to me and ordered tests that showed that I did indeed have some things going on that could be addressed and improve my quality of life. So happy to have found this practice.

I love nyra but I will not wear a mask and I do not appreciate being turned down medical care because of it. These actions that are implemented are unjust and unconstitutional.

I highly recommend Dr Khetarpal she is very professional but personal. She shows concern about medical issues a person has and right away takes action in referrals and in providing medications and refills. She helps in providing ways to help in saving on expensive medications.

Dr. Nyra Khetarpal is so personable! She cares about the health and well being of her patients. She is amazing!

I loved her. She was sweet, very thorough, and showed concern. She is a very nice doctor who makes sure that you understand things, and that she actually tries to help. I’d see her again anytime. I recommend her completely.

LOVE Dr Khertarpul & Nina Su who are truly good with their patients, informative & kind but Katy-Ann & Catherine Ezell are different story. Katy-Ann is argumentative & has been rather unhelpful on multiple occasions while Catherine is repeatedly unresponsive & terse. I would love to give 5 stars but I just can't.
