Compassionate and always takes the time to listen to you- Her patients matter to her.
I get an automated reminder 2 days before next appointment. It asks you to press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel or reschedule.
She is very thorough!

The doctor was a great fit for me, the short time that I was there. The front desk staff, not so much typical medical/dental situation… cool doctor if you can get past the front desk. I missed an appointment that was given to me 6 mo ago, and they expect you to remember without receiving a confirmation call, and that comes with a 50 dollar missed appointment fee. I will be going back to Sutter Gould where everything is less complicated and the front desk are at least cordial.
