7I have to admit that at first I was a little hesitant of coming to this doctor, based on reviews but the doctor/nurses/anesthesiologist were excellent! Yes the wait is a little long but these people are awesome, attentive and professional. Never judge a book by its cover
Honestly saved my life I spent 2 years Ill and nothing was helping and I was only getting worse no doctor would believe me and told me it was all in my head eventually my doctor referred me and they took me seriously and were able to diagnose me in a few months! I had my surgery that saved my life I’m forever grateful!
This isn't even a real GI. I'm a UCSF patient seeking a more local GI to handle routine stuff. First off they don't offer half of the services you'd expect from a GI. When I had my appointment the doctor never even came in, just a nurse. I find not seeing the person I had my appointment with highly unprofessional, and after telling me they couldn't do anything I needed they tried to get me to transfer my care to them (what a joke) and when I wouldn't do that they tried to sell me some "digestive enzymes" which in my years as a patient at prestigious research hospitals I've never heard brought up once. Snake oil salesman that I don't understand how they maintain an MD. State board is slacking.
My experience was wonderful from the start. I was very nervous but once the Doctor arrived on the scene with the best smile and brightest eyes my fear immediately went away. Thanks Dr. Prahalad & his team
Dr Prahalad is a wonderful doctor and is a savior to many. I am associated with him since five years and have always felt him a call away. He has always guided us the best and has made us overcome situations when we had no hopes. All my gratitude to him.
