Dr Randy Nguyen Dental, Santa Rosa CA

Dr Nguyen makes going to the dentist a better experience, doesn't judge you if you have bad teeth, makes you feel comfortable and is one of the nicest man I've ever met. I highly recommend him, I've had my whole family switch to him. Don't let the negative reviews stop you from making an appointment.

He is so rude he wouldn't even look at my teeth he asked what insurance I have I told him partnership he wrote me a referral to some place in Marin

Dr Randy Nguyen stand's by his work. He did painless shot's and beautiful bridge's. He really put me at ease and was very honest with me. Nice staff too.

I was worried about my appointment with Dr. Nguyen because of all the bad reviews. Someone said he was rude to patients with Dentical/Medical, and others said the office was dirty, or that he wanted to avoid doing certain kinds of dental work.

Dr. Nguyen was extremely nice to me. I have Dentical and he said nothing about it. He was in a great mood, gave me a cleaning himself, and told me my options about a particular filling I need done. He took plenty of time with me and even asked about my job, school, etc. The office was not dirty at all; I have no idea what the other reviewer was talking about.

Just don't be late. They have a policy of cancelling appointments of folks who run late. But for doctors and dentists, one missed/late appointment is a ton of money, so they are understandably frustrated when people casually stroll in twenty minutes late.

I would recommend this dentist and I will visit him again.

So apparently this guy is nice to his patients unless they have Medi-cal/Denti-cal. He told me my teeth could not be saved, which is complete b.s. I was only 27 years old at the time. He threatened that he would have to pull ALL of my teeth, which scared me and triggered my ptsd. I never went back. I saw his other dentist, a woman, in the same office and she was horrible and mean also. I will never come back again

Soon as I walked out the office, I knew I'd been treated as good as possible. Dr Nguyen was friendly, congenial, professional, courteous, accommodating and quick. He gave me a guarantee that if anything ever goes wrong with his work, I just need to get on in there and see him and he'll fix it right back up, as long as I brush regularly and floss. That's it. Can't get any better than that!

Terrible! Did a Root Canal, then when the tooth became infected, 1) Demanded $900. (from a disabled Medi-Cal patient) to fix it. 2) Insisted it was a different tooth that was infected 3) Asked me to leave, because I've had a stroke, and stuck on words trying to discuss it - insisted on a written Dr. Permission before he would touch any teeth. Awful experience.

Don't allow this novice dentist to work on your mouth he's not that good use average at best any will never give you pain medicine at all n the procedure you have don't go here randy is poop

Ive never had a problem that this dentist could not solve, excellent service and very pleasant.

First and foremost, When you have an appointment say at 10am, by 10: 03am you are in the exam room, in the chair talking to the Doctor. Secondly, he does not push off things to less trained people, he does the cleanings, he takes care of all of your needs. He is amazing, he is very thorough and professional.
I highly recommend him for any and all of your dental needs.

They got me in quickly and prompt. I am always early, but always an ass chewing. I went to SF dental school for a referral from Dr. Nguyen on college Avenue Santa Rosa, ca, and the teachers were professional and kind. He obviously during his attending this school did not get their bedside manner. He is rude and very unkind. He also has no time for his patients and in a hurry. He is not thorough. Dental school said I had a cavity and needed it taken care of. Dr. Nguyen said my teeth were fine. When I pointed out what the dental school said he said oh yea I guess we can fill it. Dr. Nguyen is a step down from Western Dental. He always has to lecture me on not keeping my teeth clean yet I brush 3 times a day and floss after eating. He doesn't like dentical patients and makes it very clear.unfortunately I don't have anything but dentical.

I love this dentist. I first went to him when my son had an infected tooth. Western Dental's approach was to rip it out, but he treated it and saved it. He is very strict about being on time, but you will be seen very promptly because of this rule. He will let you know if you are brushing incorrectly and will give advice on how to do better. He doesn't lecture, just lays out the facts in a clear manner. I am really happy my family and I found him.

I just recent became a new patient of this fine establishment, and the service and dentists there were great! I was with no insurance, however, for the first appointment which includes an full X-Ray, Cleaning, consultation, it only cost me $75. Great dentist, thank you Randy!

He's an ass would see my son for life because we got hung up at school. Dude needs anger management big time!
