Dr. Kyaw is the best doctor. He cares more about my health than i do, always making sure Im taking the necessary tests and keeping up with my prevented care. Thats alot of work. He also has his patience take a yearly survey about how his staff is doing, how they can do better and where you can freely voice any concerns. He is the 1st doctor ive been to in the 44 yrs ive been alive that is well organized with a very professional yet caring staff who goes above and beyond to make sure his patience are well taken care of and happy with the care they receive from the entire family is in office. Im honored to be 1 of his patients.

Wow! Where to start.
First of all, Vanessa, the receptionist, is VERY RUDE! She needs to work on her attitude!
Lobby is empty but yet she would not allow a third person to wait in lobby. So basically he had to wait outside for 2 hours!
Then she was listening to a private conversation I was having with my son and she responded when nobody was talking to her!
I walked outside for a few minutes and then returned to go into the room with my son but Doctor refused to let me in so here I am, outside waiting.
I could go on and on but what's the use, this place will NEVER change!
FIRST and LAST time they see me in this Office!

Ugh. Don’t even know where to start. Listen, if you’re gonna practice medicine in America, don’t make your patients sign documents stating you won’t provide specific medicines. Then don’t ask them to sign an agreement for arbitration should there be any malpractice. Didn’t stay for my appointment, was put off by the paperwork, it made me very suspicious of them.
