2Good luck trying to schedule an appointment. The man that answers the phone should work at a funeral home instead! I understand if Dr. Summerour is not taking anymore patients but their clerical support should be at least empathetic and perhaps offer alternatives. The man that took my call was curt, offered no options or alternatives even when I asked. He just kept repeating the same thing as if I was incoherent; no apology, no concern, just cold as ice! You have the wrong person answering phone calls. I guess they can be excused from being polite and helpful since they are not taking anymore patients!
This dr is by far the best dr I’ve seen in Riverside. He is calm, kind and truly listens. Easy to reach and easy to get in to see him. He’s awesome
