I love this place! Dr. Ruiz is kind, professional and well informed. I was very worried after changing dentists after 20+ years, but I do not miss my old dental office one bit. The hygienist is super fast, efficient and friendly. Overall, an AWESOME experience. Highly recommend.

My brother is autistic and I was pretty worried about how he would react to being taken for cleaning and having tools in his mouth for sensory reasons, but the staff is always warm and welcoming. Staff was very communicative with him and our whole family goes here.

My 86 year old mother is a patient and thought the world of Dr. Ruiz. She loved his modern equipment and his attentiveness. I used to also be a patient until I realized his prices were not competitive. Recently, my mother had to cancel an appointment on the same day. At 86 years old these things happen. Sometimes it's not possible to cancel well in advance. The staff proceeded to bill my retired, elderly mother on a budget $100 for this cancellation. $100! Not only did no one tell her this was the policy when she made the appointment but when I called to get it reversed they refused. They basically said it was her problem and she had already missed numerous appointments. This was probably true but she had never cancelled the day of the appointment and had cancelled previous appointments in a timely manner. They never have had to waive any fees for her. She has spent thousands over the years. This short sighted, petty attitude from the staff lost them a loyal, long time patient.

Warning: Do NOT go see this awful dentist. He made unnessary "repairs" and pulled healthy teeth. He will find something wrong with your mouth just to make a buck. He is only in for the money and does not care about his patients at all. He ruined my mouth. I cannot eat on the right side of my mouth. He keeps no records or progress reports. What kind of professional does not keep notes or reports? He does not keep consent forms either. I went to court against this butcher and won. He is not only a horrible dentist but a nasty person too. He keeps sending bills for repairs he did not make.
