This place is so poorly ran. Countless times my order doesn’t come or is way late despite the expedited shipping I paid for. I count on these products for my health so their incompetency is inexcusable.

HORRENDOUS customer service. I mean the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was a first time customer. My order cost over $200. One of the items I ordered was the intestinal formula #3 for my 9 year old son. When it arrived I had him try it and he said it tasted very weird. My son is not picky at all about taking herbs. He took the herbal shot with no issues and takes black seed oil regularly just to give you an idea that he has no problem with strong tasting herbs. I tried the formula to see what he was talking about and he was right. Something was wrong. It tasted like pure alcohol.   I filled out customer service form. No response. So I called and explained that something was wrong and the formula tasted like alcohol. The rep took the batch number down said they would look into it and get back to me. No one ever got back to me. So I called again and this rep was a nightmare. He argued with me that nothing was wrong the product. I asked to speak to manager and manager never got on phone. They wanted me to pay for shipping and to refund the product. I told them I shouldn't have to pay to refund a defective product. He argued again that nothing was wrong with the product and when I threatened to have it tested myself then he put me on hold and said his manager would send me a label so they could test it. So I sent the item back and they gave me a partial refund. So I called back again to ask why they didn't give me a full refund and they said because I bought the item discounted. The discount was applied to my whole order but somehow they said took the discounted amount and applied it equally to all 4 products even though the product prices were grossly different. Made no sense at all. Good customer service would be to refund me the full amount of the defective product and allow me to keep the promotional discount for the remainder of my order. You should always put the customer in right standing.especially when the issue was the result of a defective product. I don't care if their products are amazing. I will NEVER purchase from this company again because they don't  know how to treat customers with respect.

I've been using these products for over 15 years! It's definitely helped maintain my overall health and energy!

These are the vero best supplements available, they really work! I have been using them for years and I don't have lots of money but everything that I have bought has been better than pharmaceutical drugs: safe effective and worth the money!

Horrible customer service. The website while ordering by default selected my sisters address and within minutes I contact them and they were supposed to redirect the herbs to me for $9 fee, i was like ok what ever. After calling them every day for the last three days to follow up and they kept saying some one will call you back and how they are working on fixing the issue, now i get a notification that the herbs were left at my sisters door step in texas and im all sickly and bummed in Atlanta. May be some robots are full-filling the orders mindlessly. You guys just lost a 20 year loyal customer.

Air Detox Spray.my husband, Has a problem Gas! He had something had gas back blast all day long for a few days, Every time he would release The Deadly smell, it took one shot of the spray and no more smell, And let me tell you, his back blast is powerful its basically a deadly weapon, But All I have to do is spray it, one quick pump of sprayer, In the deadly weapon smell just disappears, all you smell is the fresh spray!
But! Unfortunately every time he’ll release the powerful weapon I have to pump one quick spray again! It never fails this spray is magnificent and powerful worth every penny, That’s why I had to write this review and tell how much I appreciate this product, all I had to do one pump of the spray all you need! He continue the back blast every 30 minutes, Thank God the spray never fails, I definitely need to keep spray this in my life! So thank you for your creation of this spray! God is definitely great! He gave the knowledge and the gift of creation!

Beware of customer service. If something happens to your package you are out of luck.they will do nothing to make it right.they'll just keep your money and tell you too bad! Will not shop there agin.

I bought the weight loss formula and followed the directions and gained weight, this product didn’t work for me, hopefully you will get positive results from using it but I didn’t.

I've been a student of "Natural Medicine" since the 1990s. It wasn't until I learned about Dr. Richard Schulze's teachings and began using his products that I was really sold on Natural Healing. I became a true believer after thoroughly applying his teachings and using his products for several years now. Most recently I was in there for some skin issues that I've been trying to resolve for some time and this wonderful Indian-American lady thoroughly answered all of my questions and gave me several thoughts and ideas on how I could address my issues. Beware of the Marina Del Rey store, they sell EXPIRED products. My cousin bought some products from them and told me that he liked them, months later I went with him to the store and we bought some products worth over $500, when it was time for me to use them, I found out that 2 of items were near expiration, they will expire before my completion of the dose, so I went to the store to exchange them expecting an easy exchange. The lady at the front desk refused to exchange them for me, I was relieved when an Indian woman who claimed to be the acting manager walked in on on our conversation, but to my greatest surprise she took the same stand as the first lady and refused to do the exchange. After a protracted dialogue, I got frustrated and went home and tossed the 2 Items. Terrible customer service.

This place is just great! Everything you can find for your healthy needs. We have done the detox a couple of times and it works amazing! Its a good amount of pills you have to take but feel so much better afterwards.

Love the products. They WORK. I use the superfoods, elimination products, and their Vitamin C. They don't do the kitchen sink approach and add trending ingredients and say this helps you because we added a gazillion ingredients. The products all use very specific ingredients that are whole plants and whole herbs and formulated using old-school European herbal methedologies.

I have been using the intestinal formula 1 for years, I have had good results, lately it is not working as well.
I tried the male formula recently with no results.
I have used the lung and cayenne formulas, but find it difficult to determine if they have had a positive response.
I have used the super food, once again I do not see a big improvement.
I have gone through some of the cleansing formulas also.
As with most of these vitamin companies, their claim is, all their products are great, that certainly is not the case. I am not sure were all these great reviews originate from?
He makes some decent products, very expensive, (my option) and some do some good.
Do your due diligence, don't take my word for it, there is no magic out there.

Been using these products for years. Thought I would try the prostate support (I'm gettin older 50ish) All I can say is that I'm VERY glad that I went with the good old "herb doc". As usual, didn't disappoint. Very affective, im back to sleeping ALL night! Thanks Schulzie!
