5I want to take a moment, and appreciate what Dr. Shadan Safvati and his amazing team have done for me since I’ve been his patient. Dr. Safvati and his amazing team who re real angels go above and beyond with the patient’s need. Thanks to beautiful Sharona and Elham (Eli) and other staff for what they’ve done for me. What Dr. Safvati did for me was out of his responsibility, but he and his team stepped further and did their best with my needs to make my surgery happen they even opened their office on holiday to make the process faster. It was not their responsibility to follow up with my surgery, but they went above and beyond. They are the reason that I can believe there is still “Human” on the planet. Thanks a lot dear Dr. Safvati, beautiful Sharona and Eli. There is nothing to do to make up what you have done for me but appreciating for being human in the world that no one cares about humanity
Can't refill important scheduled refills correctly, didn't write a referall for physical therapist then refuses to give me my medication I've taken for 2 years because I didn't go see the physical therapist he never referred me to. Receptionists and doctor refused to take my medical records and then the Dr turns around and says he can't prescribe my medication I've taken for 2 years because there's nothing in my records that warrant it. I have L-Spine and C-Spine Compression with Degenerative Disc Disease diagnosed since 2019 and simply am trying to get my Lyrica medication. I am on Medi-Cal and poor. Definitely don't go here if you are on CA Health Plan or any Health Plan at all. The group he's under doesn't have any medical records of me going to this place. Nuts.
Great experience, the receptionists were very nice in the end and helped out with expediting a procedure approval with my insurance.
Dr. Safvati was friendly, knowledgeable and straight to the point so make sure you write down any questions or concerns that you want to ask him about!
The place is nice, clean & welcoming. Someone in there was wearing some lovely smelling cologne too. Always a plus!
The most horrible experience.
Made an appointment at 8.30 to.make sure I get to work on time.
Didn't see the doctor till 9.45. When he arrived I explained I just moved and need a new doctor closer to my house. His response was, well we need to see if we like the patient as well.
I asked so you don't take new patient? He says yes we do but not everyone.
He was rude, arrogant and so uncaring.
Ii would have given him minus if I could.
Worst doctor ever
Dr. Safvati is a very caring doctor. I've needed to see many doctors in the past few years regarding my heath and Dr. Safvati is one of the few who actually listens to me, looks me in the eye, greets me with a handshake and smile and takes me seriously. I can't express how much it means to know I have a primary care physician I can trust. He has been willing to refer me to specialists without any question when I was on an HMO plan. His office staff is very friendly and they can always get me in within a reasonable amount of time. I just did my shopping through Covered California for new PPO insurance and I made sure Dr. Safvati was within network so I could keep him as primary care physician.
