Dr. Solomon Laktineh @ Long Beach Women's & Children's Medical Clinic

I was scared to bring my daughter in for her 2 year physical so i called and asked how the visit was gonna be.and they said i had to check in with a nurse downstairs and she would check both of our temperatures, and that we would be called right away to prevent the virus spreading.so when we got there no nurse was downstairs, no one took our temperatures and they had us waiting for about 20 min to go to a room and they did have patients and parents waiting to be called to a room.i'm
little disappointed with them because I've always had a good experience with them.i really hope they do a better job next time, as parents we only want the best for our kids and that should be their priority as well.other than that their staff is really nice to patients.

I love my children pedriata, and all his stuff all the people that works here I love it they are so so nice and care for all kids.thank you

3 stars because appointments are not priority for this office. I can come in an hour early which i usually do and I will not get seen until 1 hour and 30 mins later. Which is upsetting. However i did get there late once for about 30 mins and they told me i had to come back in the afternoon for a walk in which didnt make sense because its not like they where going to see me that soon anyways due to their long wait times. Some of the front desk associates arent that nice either. The only reason I don't move offices is because dr. Laktineh is so great and connects with the kids so well. My kids are not scared of doctors thanks to him.

Appointments are 3 weeks out. You have a appointment time and you still wait 3 hours. They only answer the phone sometimes. And you dont see dr Solomon only on your first visit.

he is the best dr.i have ever seen here.but i not like other nurse.that, s why i told them only dr.soloman see my boy. I don, t want other nurses. Their stuff also good, they are very kind and polite.solomon is very friendly and he knows very well how to treat baby and parents.i am really happy to choose him as a dr.for my boy.

An incredible doctor with great staff that are responsive to your needs. They provide service in the upmost manner without any extras. They are there to provide you guidance and support especially if you are a young parent.

I'am blessed to have Dr Laktineh as my kids provider, he is the best Doctor hands down. And the staff is always friendly:)

For the Childerns one I would rate them a 5, everyone so sweet there but on the other hand the Women’s upstairs are so rude. The lady in the front had a face she didn’t want to be there but one of the young ones was really sweet with me. If those lady’s don’t want to be there then why work.

Dr. Laktineh is a great pediatrician. I am grateful to have him as my childrens doctor thanks to him my daughter is still here with me, and I will forever thank him for his work and also the wonderful staff highly recommended.

I’ve been taking both my children to this clinic for 2 years now. I love Dr. Laktineh and the rest of the staff. They always take care of my babies. They are fast and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Solomon and the hospital staff are best and always kind to the kid and the parents. He is such a gem person and one of the best provider i have ever seen so far.

They are always very friendly receptionists support you at all times either physically or by phone, Dr. Solomon is very nice and always attends with a smile and is very professional!

When I met him in the L & D my daughters dad and I liked him right away! He has a nice personality and he’s just a people’s person! I knew he’d give my daughter excellent care and I was right! She’s 4 months and I will continue bringing her and recommending him to other mothers

Dr. Laktineh's staff is excellent! The nurses are very helpful and are great with kids. My 4 year old son loves going in for his shots because of the gentle care he receives from the staff. If you have an appointment the wait time is short otherwise you'll only have to wait a few extra minutes (not bad for walk-in's).

All 4 of my kids come to this clinic, we drive to Long Beach from Norwalk because we just love this doctor's office and their staff. Dr. Solomon Laktineh is the best doctor I've ever met! He's a great people's person but most importantly he's great with kids. I recommend alot of people to this office, it's busy but only because they do an awesome job.

I been bring my daughter to dr. Laktine since she was born. My experiences with him personally have never been short of great.
But the front staff are arrogant and careless. My daughter missed her 4 year shots due to an allergic reaction she had in school. She is 5 1/2 now and ive been visiting the doctor and getting her physical done and was never alerted that she missed her 4 year old shots and that they are due. It was only when i asked for her records for school that i caught it. I dont expect them to remeber everything that happens but they keep records and logs for every patient. I was a bit frustrated but the lack of ownership to the overlooking of the situation is what frustrated me the most. Instead of being handed and apology i was bombared with excuses from the front staff.

Hurts to see such a great doctor being pulled back from the judgement based on the front of staff.

I tried making an appointment for my 1 week child but they dont even answer
I called around 10: 50 am on a Monday. I believe that is a reasonable time

Best Doctor ever, always with a big smile for me and my Baby.

I love it here. This is the same doctor that checked my son after birth.when I brought my son for his check up, I decided to stay with this doctor. It is about 20 to 30 drive sometimes but it's so worth it. He is always so friendly and I feel comfortable asking questions since I'm a first time mom.

This doctor is wonderful! He genuinely cares about his little patients. He is always so joyful! He takes the time to ask questions and give suggestions for the well being of your kids! And the staffs there is also very nice, very patient, helpful and caring. Sometimes the office visit is quite long but it's worth the wait to have doctors like them see your child! I highly recommend him! He's the BEST pediatrician I've had for my kids!
