Dr. Sten E. Kramer, MD reviews
2Dr Kramer was so sympathetic and helpful at determining how to manage my pain. I am so grateful that I was referred to him.
I waited exactly two hours to finally see Dr. Sten Kramer, despite arriving to my appointment on time. When I did, he did not greet me, or look me in the eye… he just began. He never apologized for being 2 hours late. He frequently cut me off when I answered his prompts, which wasn’t even reasonable because I always come prepared with a short, succinct description. When I asked one question, he responded with a literal smirk and told me he was going to get to that in a minute. He was about to leave when I had to remind him of the very simple question I had asked, to which he seemed even more annoyed because he’d forgotten, and didn’t even answer the question when confronted. The whole experience was rushed, he was making an actual effort to NOT be kind to me, and he certainly wasn’t focused on my well-being. He really only enjoys lecturing and then responding with a vacant, condescending stare before providing you the bare minimum in information. Sten Kramer is obviously frustrated with the routines of his day because he treats his patients like they’re invisible, as well as his assistants. I am probably the most low maintenance patient a doctor can meet so I can’t imagine what experiences other people have had… I guess that explains some of those rankings on HealthGrades. I don’t think I’ve ever gone out of my way to write a review about a doctor, but this experience was abysmal. Anyone else with a positive experience simply received wonderful luck and a Sten Kramer who decided to wake up on the right side of the bed and treat human beings with a shred of dignity that particular day. What a waste of time and money. This man needs to reevaluate how he treats people because he’s supposedly regarded pretty highly… I think something has definitely changed!
