3Dr. Hollstien is a very talented, amazing orthopedic surgeon! From the initial visit through the surgery process it was a very positive, professional, and successful journey. He is kind, empathetic, patient, and extremely skilled. His assistant Carol and the rest of the office staff are very efficient and organized. The surgery and stay at Goleta Cottage Hospital was exceptional. Thanks to the team above I am not limping anymore and actually playing pickleball on my new partial knee replacement! I highly recommend Dr. Hollstien!
Had same hand surgery with Dr. Holstein for one hand and another doctor for the other hand. Surgery by Doctor Holstein was far superior and has lasted years longer than the other hand specialist's work. Also, I woke up about 15 minutes before surgery was completed with the second doctor. I won't name second doctor because I am amazed at the level of performance for orthopedic surgeons in general.
