Dr. Harley was awesome! Very efficient and good explanation of my dental options. Would definitely recommend him.

Dr Ryan is an excellent doctor and exceptionally nice and honest. The whole team at the office is also very kind and informative. Andrea is great with insurance and checks all of your information and coverage before coming. It was the easiest and most pain free experience I've ever had. If I ever need another root canal, Dr Ryan is my first choice! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Was referred here by my dentist for evaluation for a potential root canal. I filled out all the pre-appointment paperwork, which Andrea from their front desk specifically called out an estimate being included. The amount in my paperwork was $0.00. I messaged Andrea back about this, received no response - go in for my appointment, and have to get a fancier scan than the x-rays my dentist did - fine. When I go to check out - the front desk (not Andrea) asks me to pay $135 for the scan, I raise that I'm frustrated that the estimate I was given was $0.00 and I received no response to my follow-up ask about this. The Dr.overhears the exchange and asks what is going on - THE WOMAN FRONT DESK LIES ABOUT THE ISSUE TO HIM RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME - and answers to him it's an issue about finding the right specialist to refer me to next. I say nothing, because clearly there's a weird dynamic at play where the front desk is afraid to be honest with the doctor - not sure what to read into that. I pay for my scan and I get a thumb drive of it, yay - but then I'm assured that my insurance will take care of the rest BUT GUESS who just received an invoice in the mail for another $145 that is so KINDLY highlighted.

$280 now spent after an original estimate of $0.00 and still no actual care. It's awful enough to need this kind of service, but you don't need to metaphorically root canal your patients along the way.

2 stars for nice enough doctor I guess?
