Dr. Steven Williams, Livermore CA

I have been Dr. Williams’ patient for over 10 years and have always received excellent service from both Dr, Steve and Dr. Harley. I feel they are very caring, extremely knowledgeable and therefore able to provide the treatments that best serve the needs each patient. Dr. Steve always explains how the procedures will benefit me, what, if any, alternatives there might be and routinely has his office staff prepare a cost estimate for the work for me to approve before I make any decision.

Dr. Steve is very gentle and tries to give painless shots when needed. I have had several root canals and three surgical extractions and implants done by Dr. Steve and they all worked out very well.

All of the office staff and dental support staff are extremely helpful and very kind. Even though having dental surgery is not high on anyone’s list, the way both doctors and their staff treat us make it easy to give them the highest recommendation possible!

If I could give Dr. Steven Williams 10 stars, I would. I was having a lot of issues with my oral health. I have limited living bone on my upper gums. My husband and I started our research into options for dental implants, (all-on-4). I'm glad we found Dr. Williams. I know my case was not so easy and very challenging. After a thorough examination he presented us with a treatment plan. I needed a sinus lift with multiple bone grafts and implants on my upper gums. It sounded really scary and painful at first. Dr. Williams made me feel comfortable and explained to me in detail the process. I thought I would like to be sedated but he assured me that I would not feel pain with just local anesthesia. He was right! I was so relaxed during the procedure and did not feel any discomfort. Thanks to Jeffrey (office comfort dog, i fell in love with him) he sat on my lap through out the procedure and kept me warm! Dr. Williams was very meticulous and a perfectionist with his work. Today, I just got my temporary teeth and I am so happy with them.
I love the office atmosphere. The staff made me feel like I'm family! Liz was very easy to work with. She was very calm and sweet. Overall, my experience was so wonderful. I can't wait for my permanent prosthetic.
