The good professional aspect was that she did call me days later to indicate results.
Kept us waiting 2 weeks for test results because she had a two day vacation. Then, on the scheduled day, bumped back our telecommunications appointment from 11 to 3. Then never called. All while we waited to find what our cancer diagnosis is.
