I would give them zero start. The government should closed their office super stupid people and disrespectful and Waste people time

I personally do not like this Dr.office or this Doctor. They never answer the phone. I live a little too far to drive all the way there just to make an appointment. The referrals take forever and sometimes they were not complete like they said they were. I feel she does not listen to my concerns, she over talks me and my appointments feel rushed. Absolutely no compassion. I do not recommend this doctor at all.

Dr Reddy and her staff I don't know how to run clinic they told me to do so much lab work but they don't have an answer I follow all the procedure she referred me to cut a couple doctors so I called to follow up never going to answer in the staff keep hanging up on me because I repeat myself five times to them and explain they don't care Dr Reddy is not the Dr Reddy I guess

I was reminded of this horrible doctor thanks to a TikTok of all things, they asked me what the rudest thing a doctor has ever said to me and I remembered this doctor, so I was curious and now I see my review is gone so I'm going to make another one. I got on my spouses insurance and this was the doctor assigned to me, This doctor left me crying in my car multiple times, she refused to see me when I brought my toddler, she asked me if I was sure I had my well documented chronic illness, I went to the ER and was told I need test done by my primary but she wouldn't fit me in or answer the phone for an appointment it took a month that was after serval phone calls to get an appointment then the "appointment" she charged me for I didn't even see her and got a referral from the front desk to a hematologist who turned out wasn't even taking new patients so I had to jump through hoops to get another appointment only for her to not see me once again I sat hours in there waiting room and was ignored and never got a proper recommendation. I just stopped going to doctors but then they called me to ask me to make an appointment and when I showed up she wouldn't see me and that was my last straw I switched insurances and got kaiser it cost more but its better.

How I wish I read these reviews. It's not even about language barrier. These people are simply rude.

They don’t answer the phone. You leave message and someone calls you back after a day. Took us 2 weeks to get an appointment. We were asked to come early at 9: 20. Doors were locked. Then someone came 9: 35 and let us in. Doctor is more rude than her assistant. I had appointment for physical but doctor came and spoke for a minute and was gone.

If I could put zero stars I would do that. I moved to town and needed new doctor. I was assigned someone who was way to far so I made a change to Dr. Reddy. WHAT A MISTAKE! Please don't waste your time and health! All reviews are spot on! The worse place on earth. Doctor don't care about patients, on my after visit report I found things which we didn't discuss and lots of them were made up and now are on my records. Please avoid this place and this doctor! Now I have a good doctor and prefer to drive bit further but be in good hands

All of your posts are dead on! I was assigned this doctor as my primary physician. I mean she has Urgent Care big bold letters which she doesn't offer.i cannot believe the lack of follow rhrough and level of difficulty to get anything accomplished here! The staff is untrained, probably family members, no follow through a complete waste of time! Today was my 6 the request for a referral to podiatrist no one answers phone then when they do I leave a message doctor may or may not call back. So now my alternative is start over with another primary start while referral process

over!

Office staff is TERRIBLE! They will answer the phone and not say anything and then hang up! You can never get an appointment in a few days it is always over a week. Terrible communication!

One the most horrible person (Vijaya Ready) I have ever seen in my life. She is a butcher not a doctor. I strongly recommend everyone that don’t go there, she just rip you or your insurance off and she is not there to help or treat you. I don’t how come the city of Elk Grove let her to operate here. I would soon raise my voice to stop this butcher operation as a doctor in Elk Grove city. Sham on you butcher ready, how you will sleep at night with this bad attitude that your have toward great people of Elk Grove.

Staff is worst. I have no idea how this doctor and her office is still in business. Her medical license should be cancelled.
HAVING THIS DOCTOR AS PRIMARY CARE IS WORST THAN HAVING NO DOCTOR AT ALL.

Dr Reddy is decent but the staff is horrendous. I write this while on hold for over 30 minutes and this is after they promised to return my phone call two weeks ago. The man at the front counter with the accent is absolutely horrible.

This doctor is absolutely AWFUL. She is rude, mean and doesn’t understand nobody’s pain and issues. She won’t even talk to her patients properly. She runs this place only to make money. If I had the money I’d drag her to court for gross negligence.

My experience with dr reddys office was very frustrating. When it comes to sending referrals her staff is totally incompetent. Over the course of two months of asking for a referral for a pain specialist I spoke to her staff 12 times to resend the referral they would keep saying they sent it. But the specialist would not receive it. And when they finally did they didn't send my chart. So after another three weeks of asking them to send my chart I got fed up and filed a grievance to which she responded by saying that I fabricated everything thing I said. I ask you this. If you did send the referral why would I complain? You and your staff are horrible.

HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THIS PLACE STAY IN BUSINESS! Yesterday was the worst experience at a so called doctor I've ever had. I had to go to urgent care last week because after over a week of trying to get the insurance approval at their office. Was sent by ambulance to ER because I was so sick. This is is such a long story and will contact the CEO of Sutter Heath Group with this very serious problem. I should have read the reviews first before accepting Dr
Reddy as my new primary doctor suggested by insurance. Will also contact the insurance company. Seriously, DO NOT GO HERE. I would hate for anyone else to experience what I did.
