Dr. Wendy Ng Plastic Surgery, Orange CA

I called this doctor’s office at 2: 40 this afternoon. The receptionist answered the phone and immediately put me on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me. I called back and I was again immediately put on hold. 10 minutes later again the phone hung up. I called back and they were closed! Horrible customer service. If this place is so hard to get a phone called answered I can’t imaging the doctors work is any better.

Dr. Ng gave me my life back lol no but she done such a wonderful job on my breast reduction/breast lift and I love my new breast

Coming back to do an update on my procedure. Going on year two and I must say I’m not completely satisfied with my results do to uneven size

I wanted to wait a few months before giving my review of Dr Ng. My recovery was easy and the whole process and care from Dr. Ng was wonderful. She’s a perfectionist and detail oriented and her work shows it.

Dr. Wendy is very caring doctor on top of being very professional, she was calling before the procedure to make the patient comfortable and before the surgery she was explaining in details what she was going to do and what to expect after the surgery. I would definitely recommend her to everyone and would definitely come back to her.

As a runner, an oversized bust was such a pain to manage. Despite two compression bras, chafing and other nagging issues were always present. The tightness of the bras limited by breathing as they constricted my lungs. After a colleague had a successful reduction done by Dr. Ng, I reached out for a consult and I am so glad I did! Dr. Ng was personable, professional and comforting in understanding my rationale for wanting to reduce the weighted burden on my chest, back and shoulders. She answered all of my questions. After securing support from my insurance company, the surgery was scheduled on a date that was agreeable for me to ensure I had care at home scheduled and time off from work. With a medical history of previous challenges unrelated to this operation, she required that I get cleared by my other physician, which I appreciated. Her focus was on having a successful and uneventful surgery rather than rushing into it without being careful. The day of surgery was amazing - Providence St. Joseph's provided world-class care from the moment I arrived to my departure. I'd recommend that facility again and again. Dr. Ng visited me in the pre-op room and spent ample time going over exactly what to expect, making marks and taking measurements, and answering my and my husband's questions. Everything went exactly as she predicted, and I went home that evening as planned. Dr. Ng called me the next day to check on me, answered every email I sent over the next few days as I recovered, and was so positive and supportive when I saw her in the office one week post-op. My incisions healed as expected without any infection or complication. My much-reduced bust size is amazing! The incisions are visible, but largely are underneath each breast, so will be hidden in every bathing suit and clothing option. My pain was tolerable from start to finish and I only took Tylenol for a few days post-op. I was able to walk about a mile daily after about a week, and am regaining range of motion with my arms and torso as well. The hardest part for me is holding off on high impact exercise, but the finish line is nearing, and the wait is worth it. If you've been thinking about what a relief it'd been to carry around less burdensome weight on your chest, make an appointment and have a consult with Dr. Ng. Find out what's feasible for you.

My experience with Dr Wendy was amazing. Once she seen me she said Yes she can help me when most doctors turn me away. Once she said Yes I was overwhelmed with joy and could not share how deeply grateful I was of her. She was very attentive to me at the hospital. Had over the top great service with her and her employees. She was very direct on how the process will be and answered all of my questions and concerns. When I left I had no questions and knew what to look for and how to treat my ear the best as possible. I’m very dearly grateful to have met her. I have struggled with my keloid for 3years and I’m the most happiest I can be. Thank you so much Dr. Wendy. I won’t forget how I was treated and will always remember these moments we had and cherish them.

I was referred to Dr. Wendy Ng by another provider who was going to do my procedure. However, the provider stated that Dr. Ng would do a much better job. The waiting room and office are clean and sanitary. The first time I met Dr. Ng she appeared to care about her patients. Dr. Ng listened and understood what I was communicating. She ensured to answer my questions, comments, and concerns. The process to have my insurance cover the procedure took some time but after that, my appointment for my procedure was scheduled. On the day of the procedure, Dr. Ng went over with me what to expect and she drew on the areas that were going to be removed. The procedure was a success and I had to make sure not to lift, carry, push, or pull anything.

I have had two follow-up appointments since then and she makes sure to call off if she is not available at the time or if she is on vacation. She is indeed a provider who provides patient-centered care.

Their hours of operation are not the usual hours and they are M-F 9 a.m. -11: 25 a.m. 1: 15 p.m. -3 p.m. You are not able to leave a voicemail if you call when nobody picks up or if you call during non-business hours. Make sure you call when they are open.

Dr. Ng's staff has consistently been so kind and welcoming which makes the patients experience a great one side they are our first point of contact right when we walk inside their office.

I recommend Dr. Ng and if you're interested make sure your insurance covers her services and you can also call the office to inquire about the health insurances they take.

I was in Dr. Ng’s office for all of 10 minutes doing a consultation. I have multiple cancers and she can’t wave a $75 fee when she already got over $700 from my insurance company Hoag recommends this doctor and if you want to drive clear to orange you can pay extra too…. She won’t bend for somebody that been out work no charity care here!

Dr Wendy is very kind and extremely talented. Her staff is gracious and efficient.

Dr. Wendy Ng I highly recommend Dr. Wendy Ng she’s a great doctor. She listens to your concerns and answers all your questions thoroughly she was my angel I had been struggling finding a plastic surgeon for the problem that I had going on which was a pressure sore on my ichial area and finding her was a life-changing for me. It was very nice of her to take me as her patient and do surgery on me she did a muscle flap surgery that resolve my pressure ulcer
She’s a very professional Dr, very sweet and when you have any questions or any concerns, she gets back to you quickly even if she’s on vacation
And that means a lot to me I highly highly recommend her if you have any problems she’s a great doctor to go to.

It is hard to choose a surgeon for the first time. It is not like you can go to their bakery and try their bread.
But the many excellent reviews of Dr. Ng convinced me to meet with her; and meeting with her convinced me that she was the surgeon for me.
I was not wrong!
During every part of this process I was comfortable and felt well informed and also listened to.
And the results - wow - just fantastic!

Go with Dr. Ng - you will be very glad you did!

Today I had an apt and drove 68 miles one way with my 2 yr old child. I paid $60 out of pocket for the visit. Then I was told that they wouldn't use my insurance to cover the procedure. Even though my insurance called before I setup that appointment. I then asked if I could at least have my money return. I was told me no and that it would be a coaching lesson to her staff. Shame on you for wasting peoples time and taking their money. I hope you use the $60 for your heating bill so you can thaw out your frozen hearts.

Dr. Ng office was very clean and the staff was courteous. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I had the implant removal and tightening surgery and Dr. Ng exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend her!
