Dr. Joe is a Real Estate Genius! When other realtors tried to push me to lower my selling price because there was no offer in nearly one year, Dr. Joe and Nicole stepped in like superheroes! In two weeks I had a viable offer, with a solid backup offer waiting on the sidelines. I ended up selling for more than $8K over my asking price. His marketing knowledge is amazing. I still shake my head at how he got me such a great deal. And, as a widowed woman, he consistently protected me - sometimes, even from myself.
