Dr. Yinka K. Davies, MD, Sacramento CA

We love Dr. Davies! We have been seeing her for 18 years and she sees both of my kids. She is always caring and kind and it feels like we are visiting family when we come in! Both of my kids had g-tubes and she has helped us through feeding issues, acid reflux, constipation and h pylori infections. Sometimes getting an appointment quickly is difficult but no more difficult than other specialists we see. She takes the time to explain things we don’t understand and works with us to come up with solutions. If we have an urgent problem she has always been there for us!

Dr. Davies is the BEST GI doctor and NICEST person! She has provided exceptional care for our special needs son for over 15-years. Highly recommend and FIVE STARS from our family!

I absolutely adore Dr. Davies. She is an amazing pediatric gastroenterologist who truly cares for her patients. My son was referred to her when he was a year and half for being underweight. Under her care, he quickly gained weight and has grown in leaps and bounds. He is developmentally and physically doing very well. He is struggling a bit with eczema and Dr. Davies recommended removing gluten and dairy, eggs and gluten from his diet. Dr. Davies treats her patients as family and always takes time to listen to any concerns. She tries to see patients as soon as she can and often adjusts her schedule to accommodate patients and families. I would highly recommend Dr. Yinka Davies if your child has any GI concerns!

My wife and I have been bringing our son to Dr. Davies for the past twenty years and she has always taken great care of us! She has always been willing to see our son, and has always done a great job providing him the care that he needs. She has always accommodated us if we needed to change, or schedule last minute appointments. She, and her staff, have always been very polite and have consistently provided us the assistance we needed. We feel grateful to have known someone like Dr. Davies!

I have been a patient of Dr. Davies for about a decade now and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made! She is truly amazing and helped me through my different phases of IBS treatment. She is always able to answer any questions I have regarding my care. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family!

****BEWARE****** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS DOCTOR!
My 9 year old daughter had an endescope and colonoscopy performed by Dr. Davies. Dr. Davies told us she tested positive for h plyori infection. Put my daughter on an intense 30 day triple therapy treatment. After she continued to be very sick we went for a second opinion at UC Davis GI. We were told that our child never had h plyori based on test results they received from her office. UC Davis repeated the same tests and found zero signs of h plyori. On top of the wrong treatment and diagnosis the doctor and the staff are EXTREMELY RUDE! Dr. Davies was paged twice after we called bc our child was getting worse. Both times she screamed at me and hung up on me. On top of it all bc of her vacation important test results were withheld for 2 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable to a family with a suffering child. When asked, the office sent partial test results to the doctor actually trying to help my child. This doctor should not treat children. She is insensitive and heartless! Infact, should not be allowed to practice. Absolute shame on her, and everyone that works in her office.
