I just had an oil change, but am very happy that it didn’t take long, and they had a pac man video game that I played while I waited.
Will definitely be back.

I have been going to Dragonfly for about 4 years, I've had a lot (a lot) of work done on my X5, and the guys there do great work, they basically leave my car running like new. I don't go anywhere else but here. Great service from Julio, Luis and Tom.

I appreciated this shop. I'm a woman and the guys in the shop talked to me like a real adult human, which is certainly not always the case at car repair shops. I will definitely be back.

Tom is great, very nice and funny. He hit it off with my boyfriend but was always nice when I brought my car in by myself. Dragonfly does a great job!

No heat in waiting area and doors stay wide open. Not even a floor heater. Bring a good coat.

I made an appointment for a date, then I called next day and i ask about the time, they said there is no appointment in my name and I was treated like a liar, rude employee saying he trust his staff and they don’t make mistakes, I don’t recommend this place at all, a place that can’t take a name and a date and put in a paper, don’t deserve a new costumer!

They always take such good care of my car. They find the problem, fix it and I’m good to go. The nicest people: Julio, Tom, Louis and the mechanics are top notch.

I needed a quick inspection to identify what was causing some vibrations in the cab of my truck. I assumed it was either a bent axle or flange (we just had a different company check the tires). The team at Dragonfly could’ve simply said yes it was a flange and tire, replaced them both, and I’d be none the wiser. But, as the honest professionals they are, they showed me the problem was in fact the tires I already had inspected by the other company. They found a great deal on replacement tires and had my family and I back on the road in a few hours. I’d definitely go back to Dragonfly if I’m in the area!

The guys kept us informed how things were going. They had pictures of the parts they had to order and basically everything was done and they explained how everything went Thanks so much will remember the next time we need work

We just move to the area. I read the reviews online and booked an appointment with Tom over the phone.

Tom was so great when I came by their shop. He was friendly and even had some treats for my dog to help him calm down.

The oil change was quick and priced very well. I will definitely be coming back because of how great their service was and how friendly everyone was in the shop.

Louis was so nice and helpful! He really took care of us and was straight forward and honest about his experience working on Dodge Grand Caravans and his team was knowledgeable about the issues we were dealing with. The repair went quickly and smoothly and didn’t cost a lot compared to other places. They throw in a free inspection too! Only downside is the location doesn’t have a lot of parking, but I am okay with overlooking that for great and affordable vehicle service. All in all a great experience. We really appreciated Louis’ help.

Fantastic group! Brought car in for a major leak. Got handled in 4 days, great price. Highly recommend it.
