Dreamy Donuts, Apple Valley CA

It's a five star donut shop if you catch them before noon because the donuts seem to sell fast at times. I only gave it a 4 star because if you get there late you'll miss out on the specialty donuts (they're that good). I highly recommend them.

Good donuts with a friendly staff. Prices are lower than other donut shops so I recommend Dreamy Donuts across the board.

Dreamy donuts donated tons of donuts to Granite Hills Football team for their Unity Night. They loved the donuts and it’s awesome to have them helping out their own community.

Not terrible, the donuts were actually really good, everyone at work loved the surprise treat, the only issue was the wait time, I went early in the morning before 7am and there was one customer in front of me (I think the problem was they had ordered a hot sandwich perhaps)

Other than only having one employee hustling to serve the customers this is a good spot to stop for donuts.

They will sell you moldy doughnuts then laugh at you when you bring it to their attention. NEVER GO HERE!

This place is not worth looking into. The donuts taste like they been sitting there for awhile. The customer service is harsh. Two men working there acted is if we were bothering them and rushed us out. They didn't seem to care about a sale or their customer relations.

Selling moldy doughnuts and then laughing like it's a joke is not okay.either fix this or hope this place is shut down. Not ever coming back.

Went in and bought some donuts got home started eating them then seen some mold, checked the rest of my donuts all the bars had mold, took them back in and the lady laughed at the mention of mold and said that's how they are made. Didn't realize donuts were made with little green, blue and gray dots on the bottoms of them.

They sold us donuts that were more than a day old.some where too hard to eat.asked if they had shakes, they made me smoothies.what a joke.total waste of hard earned money!

Unexperienced cashier tackled a 59 year old woman as she left, and snatched her donuts. All because he couldnt manage a simple transaction.

Previous owners didnt do that

Such a rude service lady doesn't make you feel welcome at all, I have not tried the donuts but customer service failed so far, I passed about the donuts definitely unpleasant.

To Joyti Dutt the girl behind the counters is there to serve you not to listen to your problems. Free samples are you asking for free food you should know what you like and order it. Don't ask for something that you don't know what it taste like and then ask for a refund. Does kind of people are like FREELOADERS!

Took my grand daughter 4 years. Woman was super nice.
Grand daughter got the cherry donut. Very fresh!

Clerk: “I don’t want to make it for you because I’m going home. ”

Decent donuts but a bad clerk. Maybe it was because of her lack of fluent english or she was just refusing to make a blended beverage for us because she wanted to leave. She DID acknowledge that the shop wasn’t closing, she just said she was going home so she didn’t want to make us our drink.

My daughter went here with her soccer team after practice one evening, and the employee working was extremely rude. She attempted to order a cappuccino and asked what flavors they offered. The cashier, an older woman with a heavy accent, then looked at her rolled her eyes and told her "what's the matter cant you read or what! " My daughter looked around at her teammates feeling humiliated. The cashier then stated "um hello, why are looking around the menu is here". My daughter quickly ordered and left. She told me about the encounter so I phoned in immediately to speak with the cashier. The cashier was extremely rude, yelled and stated its true she did not know how to read, over and over and hung up on me. I called the next day to speak with a manager and explained what had happened. The manager never returned my call. I called repeatedly and eventually decided to write a review instead. I assume they condone this behavior from their employees since they did not reach out. I will never again go here. I will not take any of our soccer teams here again and definitely will let everyone know that this place allows their employees to belittle children.
