Drew Van Zee reviews
6 I had issues with my breathing, back, and shoulder mobility, which caused pain in day to day life. Drew developed a personalized routine with me to address these issues (and more), which ended up resolving my back pain and allowed me to continue with hobbies that were difficult before our meetings.
Overall, I found Drew to be efficient, responsive, and effective. He improved my spatial awareness and abilities with movements I hadn't thought to try myself.
Drew has been a fantastic coach. I've long had lower back problems, and more recently developed an Achilles issue, both of which severely curbed my ability to keep running regularly.
Drew quickly diagnosed the issues contributing to the pain and worked with me on plans to both curb the pain and address the underlying issues. As a result, I'm back to running regularly and for longer distances, and taking on new exercises.
Can't say enough great things, highly recommend him.
Thought it was strengthening just my muscles but ended up w/ weaknesses in my eyes, that can be done - thru exercise of the eye! Checking balance! It’s strengthening within so you are able to overcome your own limitations w/ your body w/o pain.
If you have pain and want it gone then you must get with Drew and do his program. When I started the program I could barely move due to an unknown issue. Every muscle was seizing up in my upper body. As the weeks went on Drew would discuss my issues and add or adjust his program to meet my needs. Ive spent thousands of dollars chasing a solution to my issues with massages and specialist physicians and I can say Drew's program is by far the best money I have spent dealing with these issues. Drew is always a simple message away, and ready to discuss my issues. Thanks DREW!
As a massage therapist myself I was very curious about Drew's work with the nervous system and pain management. So, I met with him for advice on wrist pain, and after a careful assessment and a series of exercises my hands felt so much better. I'm very thankful and have been gladly referring my friends and clients to Drew. Yolanda C, CMT
Working with Drew was incredible. I have bone on bone osteoarthritis in my knee. I had two goals when I started. The most important was to prolong a knee replacement. The second was to improve my balance when walking, especially on uneven trails which I do every day. Drew’s approach of using vision exercises and focusing on balance and movement routines was new to me. After 12 weeks I can honestly say the results exceeded my expectations. Drew loves what he does and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I also appreciated his patience with me when I didn’t quite connect with what he was trying to get me to do! My knee pain has gone from a shout to a whisper. And my balance and stride on the trails has improved immensely. I highly recommend working with Drew.
