Great people that explained everything in detail and took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. Returning a Lyft express vehicle was even easier. I showed up without an appointment and they worked me in and helped me with any and all concerns I had.
Efficient, easy to deal with, knowledgeable. Helped me through my technical issue with professionalism.
They pay nothing to drivers, and unfortunately, there isn't a Gig drivers union to stand against them and ask for fair wages.
Rude staff specifically the inspection employee and receptionist of today date 11/30/2022. They don’t treat customers well at all. Lyft should re consider its organizational values.
