I had my entire ITunes library on an external hard drive. My laptop is older so I bought the hard drive to save ITunes to it and save space on my laptop hard drive. It fell off the desk it was sitting on and the cable caught it. That was enough to damage it. DriveSavers was able to save the ITunes library for me! When the blinking question-mark folder of death showed up on my MacBook Pro, I was upset, but I had a backup.or so I thought. It turned out, after dropping more money on a new MacBook than I paid for my car, the backup from my pervious MacBook (with the failed hard drive) had stored everything but my most prized data: my photo library. This included photos and videos for the past 15 years of my life, some of which with people who are no longer with us. That was truly soul-crushing.

After attempts from Apple and Denver Mac Repair to recover the data, I was referred to DriveSavers. It's expensive, but you will get what you pay for. While I hope no one ever has to get to this point, DriveSavers is second to none when it comes to working the impossible. After a year of saving money, I finally contacted DriveSavers. They recovered all of my data off the failing hard drive.

I am eternally grateful for DriveSavers: that such a service exists, and that they perform at the level they do. Nevertheless, I must maintain my integrity and highly recommend multiple backups, of various kinds, and confirming those backups have done their job. I hope you never have to have my experience, but if you do, DriveSavers is worth every penny.

My MacBook Pro laptop just died one day. I went to the Apple store and they couldn't do anything. It wouldn't even take a charge. I received excellent service from DriveSavers, customer service was second to none explaining everything their services provides. The only thing I had a problem with was the cost, however I can't complain too much since they did à wonderful job recovering my data of which I fail to backup. If you're in need of this type of service it can often be a difficult time. Your initial impressions when looking at the cost may be disconcerting; however, the group of people I worked with, after losing my hard drive to water damage, were empathetic, professional, clear and efficient. Yes, I'd love to spend less, but stepping back and weighing the value of the data recovered puts it in the right context. I took my hard drive to a local company because I like to buy local. Spent $500 and they jerked me around for 3 weeks telling me they "Sent it off" to a clean lab. I had 15 years of critical data on the drive for two multi-million dollar companies i own on this drive. The local guys returned the drive and insisted any money spent, this drive will not be recovered. Drive Savers was expensive however, the communicated professionally, bled confidence, and gave me the confidence to give it a shot. At the end of the day, they were not expensive because they recovered my 100% of my critical data, and held to every promise they made. That's how you run a business. That's how I run MY business. BEWARE, they have horrible practices in price gauging for simple repair services. Apple may recommend them but it is awful what they have quoted customers! Please make sure you shop around before coming here as you last resort!

Honestly the team at DriveSavers saved my life! I was going to lose everything on my phone, and they were able to get all of the information back so I could restore my phone to exactly what is was before. DriveSavers successfully recovered photos from a trip I took recently. I'm normally very good with backing things up, but wifi was pretty scarce on this trip so all the photos from my trip weren't backed up. Thankfully, that didn't matter because DriveSavers were able to recover all of my data, including a full backup of my phone. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone in need of data recovery. They are not cheap by any means, but there is a reason they have such a high success rate.

I had sent my NVME SSD (Job E 687887) to Drivesavers and it was delivered to their California office on 06/06/2023.

I opted for Economy Service (5-7 business days) and also confirmed payment of $2,095 on 09/06/2023.

However, since then, I have not received any information with regard to the status of my data recovery. I have sent various mails to check the status but none of them have been replied to.
