The worst experience ever! EFRAIN was not customer service friendly he just wanted to sell a car. And made me pay for insurance when the car wasn't even signed under my name yet. I kept going in and out of the door with my stroller holding my 2 babies and not once did he try to keep the door open for me just walked in before me and waited for me at his desk. Very bad experience think twice before coming here.

Yesterday I purchased a car for my child and Andy was our Sale person. This was one of the coldest unwelcoming car buying experiences I have ever had.

I will start with Andy never introducing himself, if it wasn't for his name take we would've never known his name. I know that COVID is very much real and hand shaking is not an option but a smile and proper greeting can go a long way. Due to social distancing we were not allowed to sit properly at the desk. With that being said Andy sat with his back towards us while he inputted all the requested information into the computer never asked how we were or how our day was going. The only time he turned around was to ask us to walk up to the desk and sign where he indicated.

After this, we moved to the type of car and monthly payment. Andy informed us that "Drive Time's monthly payments were usually around $400 per month". I informed him what we were looking to pay which was less then what he said. I became very offended when he sarcastically chuckled and asked what car I drive and what I paid per month as well as telling me he pays $500 per month for his car. I told him what I pay is not his concern and that we were here for my child and what they can afford. At this point I was very much annoyed ready to leave to lot. Once I began to push back by asking more questions, he then began to explain more options we had. My child test drove a car which was later purchased.

We then began the paperwork portion of the process. Again we were back at the desk with no sign of a smile, thank you or congratulations from our sales man Andy. He began the process all while failing to confirm that we would like to purchase GAP, extended warranty or the anti-theft package, so it's a good thing I wanted at least 2 or of the 3 options even though all 3 were added to the cost. He never took the time to go over each piece of what was being purchased only sign here, sign here. We never met a manger or a anyone that worked in the finance area.

Once everything was signed he sated that the car would be washed down and we would be ready to go. Car was still wet when we left and the gas tank was left on half a tank. I guess this is new, usually the car or WASHED and the gas tank is at least offered to be filled up.

All in all I will say this was not the best car buying experience I have ever had. Staff needs to further educated on customer service and being much more pleasant to the costumers whom are coming to spend their hard earned money because being pleasant and good costumer service goes a long way. My only positive is we left with a car.that's it.

Never thought that Drive Time would be so shady to hide information on a Carfax report on a vehicle that I purchased for my daughter as her first car ever. Got the vehicle in May 2021 and then it became a Total loss a month after due to hidden information of uncorrected repairs by the previous mechanic which was the reason my daughter ended up getting into an accident. Drivetime didn't even offer my daughter a rental or anything for that matter. They were rude and really didn't care. They just wanted to get rid of the vehicle and nothing else mattered. So please everyone be careful.

Jay was great. The team did everything in their power to help put me in a great car. Great people great atmosphere. Would recommend if your serious about buying a car. Get out there!:)

Straight forward process. Solo test drive. A little tedious but overall positive experience. Sky high interest rate. Ok if credit is bad or rebuilding ig.

Victor G.in Torrance was amazing to work with! Easy, simple and to the point. When I didn't see what I wanted at first, he kept in contact with me and made sure we found something I would be happy with. First dealership that I never felt any pressure in any way which made the experience very relaxed. Once Victor helped me secure my car, Anthony A.in Downey helped me get all of my paperwork signed and had me driving off the lot with my gently used 2019 car, with low miles that I love! I would go back again without a doubt! Great guys!
