Drum Lessons Orange County reviews
7 Scott Reeder is by far the best drum teacher around. He is an extremely talented drummer and brings years of experience, structure and patience to his lessons.
His enthusiasm for all kinds of music is brought to each lesson as well as his ability to read notation and teach it which I like alot. But concentrates on Feel as well.
He will definitely get you to Rock!
He’s humble and kind to adult beginners and gets kids to rock after the first couple sessions.
He even sends lessons when he’s on tour!
Scott Reeder Rocks!
SCOTT IS A LEGEND. I’ve been taking drum lessons from Scott for years now and my skill level has improved incredibly. Whether you are just beginning drums or if you’ve been playing for a while, you need to take lessons from this guy. He’s a beast!
Scott is a fantastic drum teacher. He is very patient, encouraging, and flexible with how he teaches. He was quick to recognize that I learned better by ear and playing and adjusted to help me get the most out of my lessons. I went from a kid who had never drummed before to playing at the House of Blues and recording an album with a band.
I didn’t know what to expect going into drumming as a beginner, but Scott made it fun and introduced me to a lot of different kinds of music. I highly recommend taking lessons from him.
Mr. Reeder is FANTASTIC with my boy. They started jamming when Mason was 6. He’s now 12.5 and they are still going strong. Talk about a mentor who goes above and beyond. Mason is super shy about playing for an audience, so when he made up his mind to play in his school talent show, Scott came and played guitar along side him. Meant the world to us! Scott is patient, hilarious, and teaches with a “cool” authority that, for us parents, is key. These two have a bond that won’t be forgotten. If you’re in the market for an amazing drum instructor, look no further.
SCOTT IS THE BEST INSTRUCTOR! If you have absolutely no previous musical experience, Scott will teach you all you need to know about reading music and playing drums. He will even help you build a song list. I am twenty and have been taking lessons from Scott for about 1 1/2 years. It has been awesome being taught from an actual musician in the industry. You are never too old to learn something new and develop a new skill.
