DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, San Jose CA

I had a somewhat mixed experience here. One of the folks on the floor had a poor unhelpful attitude and was very misleading indicating that a specific shoe shown in a prominent ad was not available anywhere and that one could not order them online. I checked again when at the cashier and they werr incredibly friendly and helpful finding a store with the shoes and putting them on hold.

Don't expect a quick shoe check. I have been on hold for well over 15mins. Not very good customer service.

You would not get out without a pair of shoes. It has shoes in whatever style you need. Good place for explores and shopping.

Plenty of choices of shoes from toddlers size to adult. The only issue for me is some of customers, who tried shoes and leave them scattered on the floor. Otherwise the store is clean. My place to go for new pair of shoes.

Great store and once u get to the register excellent service! They have even more savings on top of their normal savings! Lot's of products to choose from!

I love having a DSW near me. I generally despise shoe shopping but there's something comforting about the super nice employees here and the store layout is very helpful for finding what you want.

When we got there I asked a young man where a certain boot was. He looked it up and took me right to the boot. Casher was great. Tried my phone number after years not using it. Found out someone else has be using it. She asked us how long we have had the phone number. I told her since 1979. She told us, that who put in the number for someone must have put one number wrong. She took care of the problem and we saved 10 extra dollars. Nice NY Eve surprise. We will be back. The store people were very helpful.

They had decent shoes here. Not really my style though so it was kind of a waste to go there. I just went there because my wife needed slip resistant shoes at the time.

A great shoe store but amazingly so much more expensive in San Jose than my own town Merced. The friend who introduced me to the store was right I found 2 pairs of shoes, unbelievable for under a $100 all together and I am one of the pickiest people I know regarding shoes

Good selection of shoes, though far more for women than for men. Attendants tend to be busy, so if you need help finding anything expect to have to wait.

Not impressed with customer service, went in looking for new boots walked around for 5 mins looking for a sakes associate, no one was out working the floor went to customer service desk asked if anyone was working the floor.

The associate that came out to help was not very helpful, told her i was looking for a certain type of boor and she points down the aisle and says this is where the boots are and walked away, if you don't know your stock then u shouldn't be working there.

Just oh my. What my shopping buddy said, "If you can't find a shoe here you are hopeless. " I found 2 pairs! And under $40 each for really nice name brand heels.

Huge store with hundreds of high quality shoes purses and accessories truly my favorite shoe store prices very reasonable.

They may have a lot of shoes, but the people working there don't even know how to properly measure show sizes. I had to look up the directions online and train them! The people working there were nice enough, but management needs to do a lot better than that to support their people with the most basic training. I may come back to buy shoes, but finding my shoe size wasted my time to buy shoes that day. I hope they have received some training on the shoes being sold!

Wide variety of sandals, shoes, and boots at reasonable prices. I wear a popular size (7 medium) and sometines have trouble finding footwear in my size.

Variety of shoes available of different brands. All sizes available. Expensive shoes. Small accessories are also available like nail paint, hair pins, stockings for females and etc

This is an incredibly large DSW - love the variety and customer service. Wish there were more available employees - but otherwise, great!
